He furrowed his eyes and nodded.
"Good. I'll come straight to the point then. I want you to pleasure me, sexually. A no strings attached setup. I'll pay for your studies and take care of your expenses. We both will benefit from this. You get to continue your studies." She said in a calm yet firm tone. Mingyu was shocked, his mouth a little open.

He blinked a few times processing everything she said.

"Okay. I'll be. As long as I get to study." He said his eyes showed determination.
"That was umm fast. But yeah good. So this is the contract. A three-year contract to be specific. You can negotiate the terms and get back to me." She said handing him a file. He opened it and started reading it without wasting a second. His actions reminded her of a baby. She chuckled at the boy.
