Obsession

Liam was holding the Tails Doll, in his arms since it had been five months since the rebels gave up, the hoglet himself is only five years old. The hoglet is wearing a dark purple t-shirt, with jean shorts, and matching sneakers. He was sitting next to Sonic, who was wearing an oversized black hoodie, that was covering his baby bump, and a pair of shorts that stretch to fit his waist size. Which his growing stomach he needed it to be comfortable, and some thigh-high black socks.

Liam lets out a small squeak when he felt something move in his mother's stomach.

"It's okay Liam...it's just your siblings wanting to say hi" Sonic tells the hoglet, who only purred.

"I can't wait to be big bubba~" he purred hugging his mother.

Sonic only smiles at his son, as of lately he's been taking things rather slow...now that the war had ended, he finally had time to relax, and not worry about the citizens who are trying to not fight in the war.

It really hadn't stopped his husband from doing what he does best and that was getting rid of everyone's hopes, thus the case of those remaining rebels that were still trying to dethrone him, just get that hope that they lost.

Liam lets out a small yawn showing off his fangs, it was past his nap time, but he really wanted to stay awake so he can continue playing with his mother.

"Young Prince it's ti-Oh my Queen" The Nanny called out as she opened the door to the playroom, to see Sonic sitting on the mat playing with his son. The nanny walked over to the pregnant hedgehog to help him up.

"Sorry, I just..." Sonic said.

"Nonsense my Queen, you have every right to bond with your son, as well as let him bond with his siblings"

Liam was hugging his mother, his head pressed up against Sonic's baby bump. "Can Mommy take me to bed?"

"Sure sweetheart, I don't mind tucking you into bed" Sonic admits as he told Liam by the hand.

"I'll get to cleaning up, it is a pleasure to finally see you in person My Queen" the Nanny said as she started to clean up the toys.

Sonic had never really be able to see that Nanny, since Exetior had rather strict rules for him and the staff.

To his understanding, he just thought that it was Exetior just trying to keep him safe from anyone who was pretending to be member castle staff just to kill him and his husband. But as of now there really wasn't a need for all those restrictions.

Sonic helped Liam into his bed, "Mommy...do you think Daddy will ever let us play outside?" The hoglet asked looking out the window.

Sonic only pinned his ears down, he knew Liam had played out in the garden but never really outside of the castle gates, sure he was allowed out side of the gates, just because he felt bad for some those citizens that were suffering but then again he had guards with him. "I don't honey, maybe soon" Sonic admits, he didn't really know the answer to that question. He just leans down to give his son's forehead a kiss.

He lets out a small sigh as he closed the door behind him, at least he's able to spend time with his son, he didn't want the hoglet to think that he didn't love him...cause he's been so busy with Queenly Duties.

But even that was coming to an end, it was mostly just for peace.

Sonic opened the door to the master bedroom, he sat down on the bed letting out a small groan cause of his paws hurting from walking around and standing.

"There's my beautiful Bluejay~"

Sonic chuckles as he accepted the soft kisses from his husband.

"So How are you holding up?" Exetior asked the Hedgehog, as he started to rubbing his bump.

"Better...now that I don't have the war to worry about..." Sonic admits, Exetior only nuzzles into his mates neck. With a smirk when he felt some soft kicks from his hoglets.

"I hate seeing you upset and stressed like that..." Exetior admits.

Sonic only shifted to that he was hugging his husband, with some tears in his eyes...that day was rather horrible for everyone...a rebel group cause him to lose the first set of twins that he was carrying, mostly cause of a damn bullet to his gut. But it wasn't hard for them to try again, cause of that ritual he went through.

"Ssh...it's okay" Exetior said as he wipes the tears away with his thumbs "it's over now"

Sonic shakes his head as he just buries his face into Exetior "I'm crying...cause I love you...not because of that, your the best thing that could have ever happened to me" he cried out.

Exetior felt himself purring, well for first time in a billion years, being the Lord of Execution, he couldn't really have love...mostly cause he knew that he was gonna have to kill them in the end.

But this mortal...was the one that he was actually passionate about, and for years of planning finally.

Finally, he was able to have to the mortal in his arms.

He just pulls the hedgehog to a kiss on the lips, who gladly kissed him back.
