"Hey Issei..." Motohama and Matsuda wanted to introduce themselves, when the teacher said to Issei.
"Hyoudo, you should know that talking to someone by their given names without their permission is considered bad."
"Eh? But teacher didn't I just spoke to her by her surname?" Issei cocked his head to the side and wondered.
The class started to laugh and the teacher sighed,
"Hah...What am I going to do with you...
In western nations the given name comes before the surname."
