Nobody's POV

The lamb is out of their usual crusades. They are covered in black goo, seemingly the outcome of defeating a frog from Anura.

"Eugh.. I hate when this happens.."

Their fleece, covered in sticky substance. They cannot do anything to clean it, now that they're in the lands of Anura.

"I'll just clean myself up when I get back."

They said, as they converted their sword into their crown as they ran to the next segment of the lands.

As they ran, they suddenly halted. As a familiar figure appears right in front of them. The Deity of Purification.. Who gives Absolution.. Akaki.

"Oh, hey Akaki!"

Akaki slowly turned around as they looked down on the little lamb.

"Ah, Lamb. We meet again. What brings you here?"

Akaki says, they kneeled down to get a closer look on Lamb.

"Actually, I have been meaning to ask you this question."

Akaki tilted their head in curiosity.

"Ask me what? You may ask anything you desire."

"Well.. how come you and your sibling have never stepped foot in my cult before?"

Akaki pondered at Lamb's question.

"Well.."

Akaki paused.

"The both of us perfer to wander, not stay."

Akaki answered.

"But- But- can you.. atleast take a look? I promise it will be worth it! Then you will be able to leave afterwards!"

Akaki thought at Lamb's offer. Maybe visiting their cult wouldn't hurt, right? Akaki sighed, then smiled.

"Well, if you do insist.."

Lamb's face lightened up in excitement.

"Really?? You'll go?! Oh my god- I'll be glad to take you to my cult!"

Akaki smiled, they have never seen Lamb this happy.

"Besides.. it wouldn't hurt for a change, right?"

"Heheh, alright. You lead the way."

"Gladly!"

Lamb walked to their cult, Akaki trailing behind.

After a while, they finally reashed the cult.

"Well? What do you think?"

Lamb asked excitedly.

"Well.. it's quite good, to say the least. Say, those are some interesting followers you-"

Akaki was cut off. There was someone in particular that caught their eye.

Wait, is it? Could it be?

"Am I hallucinating or is that the Bishop of Chaos?"

"Uhh.. Akaki? Are you okay? Do you not like my-"

"Nono- I- your cult is really good! But I must ask you something."

Lamb was relieved, but curious to hear Akaki's question.

"Hm?"

"Is that.. The Bishop of Chaos? Over there? Are you sure that's not a follower impersonating him?"

Akaki points at Leshy.

"Hm? Oh no! He's the real deal. I recently indoctrinated him into my cult. I was actually going after Heket next."

"You.. you can.."

Akaki paused.

"If this is possible.. then.. then.."

"..you can revive them?"

Akaki turned the Lamb.

"Well, not actually reviving, more like freeing their souls."

Akaki takes a look at Leshy once more.

"Then you'll be able to.. retrieve them too?"

Akaki turned back at Lamb.

"Eheh- I'm sorry, who-"

Lamb suddenly realized.

"Oh. Well, yeah, I can! But after I get Heket. Heket can out up a real fight. Honestly. May I ask another question?"

"Ask away."

"Why do you want them to get retrieved?"

Akaki paused, then answered.

"I missed them."

Lamb was taken aback by Akaki's answer. They weren't expecting this from Akaki at all.

"Ah- I never expected those words to come out of your mouth!"

Akaki smiled.

"I really do. I've.. admired them for the longest time."

"As a.. worshipper?"

"...yes."
