"Mimi!" Ju-in's heart raced as he desperately tried to grasp her arms, but they slipped through his fingers like smoke. He could feel the fear rising within him as her arms faded away before his very eyes. Just as he thought all was lost, her arms suddenly reappeared in a blink of an eye, leaving him shaken and bewildered. He came to an abrupt halt, his entire body trembling with fear or perhaps anticipation.

With a determined look on her face, she bolted away from the scene, her feet pounding against the pavement as she sprinted past Chunyoung, who was taken aback by her sudden departure. His expression was one of surprise as he watched her disappear into the distance. As soon as he saw her leave, he spun around and took off after her. Ji-ho was hot on his heels, determined not to let him go alone. Meanwhile, Ju-in, Yeoryeong, and Eunhyung were left behind in the room, their bodies frozen in place as they grappled with the guilt of what had just transpired.

Ju-in's gaze fell upon them, his expression unguarded and uncalculated. The fear that had once been so evident in his eyes now seemed to have dissipated, leaving behind an enigmatic and inscrutable look.

"Guys... Didn't you see it?" They shook their heads in response, indicating no.

The room was enveloped in a deafening silence, broken only by the faintest of whispers that seemed to echo off the walls. They decided to leave the classroom, but the teacher entered and instructed them to return to their seats.

The teacher's voice echoed through the classroom, prompting the students to look up from their desks. "Raise your hand if you are called," he repeated, scanning the room for any sign of acknowledgement. Slowly, a few hands began to rise, until the majority of the class had their arms extended towards the ceiling. The teacher nodded in approval, satisfied that everyone had been present except for three students.

Hyeon Chomi, Yoo Chunyoung, and Eun Ji-ho.

They began the lesson alone, they were unable to concentrate on the teacher due to their preoccupation with something that had happened to them.

"Mimi!" As the English class was in full swing, a sudden interruption shattered the peaceful atmosphere. A loud voice boomed through the walls, drowning out the teacher's words and causing the students to jump in their seats. It was clear that another classroom nearby was causing the disturbance, but the English class could only speculate as to what was happening on the other side of the wall. The interruption was jarring, and it left the students feeling uneasy and distracted for the rest of the lesson. Dan-I's ears perked up as she caught a faint whisper of a name. Her curiosity piqued, she couldn't help but wonder what had happened.

As fate would have it, she happened to catch a glimpse of a shadowy figure darting down the corridor, with two young boys hot on their heels.

The man named Ru-da could not help but wonder why Chomi run away from her friends. After all, Mimi had only a handful of friends, a small circle of dependable individuals. Due to the responsibility he has for her, he had no choice but to become friends with her, despite his general lack of interest in people.

It was clear that he was only interested in Dan-I, not her. He tried to push the feeling aside, but it lingered, gnawing at him insides.

As he watched Chomi run, he couldn't help but feel a sense of unease. But what truly shook him to his core were her eyes - lifeless and empty, as if she were already dead. It was a sight that he couldn't shake from his mind, haunting him long after she had disappeared from view. As he gazed upon the sight before him, a wave of guilt washed over him. He couldn't help but feel responsible for the chaos that lay in front of him. The thought that he was the one who caused it all weighed heavily on his conscience. He turned his gaze towards Dan-I, who had the most pallor in her face.
