6: Runnin' Home To You

POV: Kara

"Wait, so, let me get this straight. You got whammied by some guy named..." Joe West began to ask.

"Music Meister." Barry answered him.

"Damn, Barry, I'd have paid good money to see you singing and dancing."

"No."

I could stand by and not put in my voice.

"Well, he's holding out on you because Barry has an amazing voice."

"He does!" Caitlyn agreed.

"Uh-uh."

"I've actually seen him sing." Caitlyn continued.

"What? You have? How have we not made a GIF of that?" Cisco asked.

"Well, technically, I'm not even the only one here who can sing." Barry said as he looked directly at me.

"Thank you, B.A." H.R. said.

"What? I was talking about Kara." Barry corrected him.

"Wait, shh-- oh, you too?"

"Kara. Of course Kara can sing."

"Well, her name is Supergirl." Iris added. "It's kind of implied, right?"

"Well, we better be getting going. I promised Kara's sister we'd get her back in one piece." J'onn said.

I could feel Lena's fingers tighten around mine.

She still wants to learn more about the Multiverse and Earth 1, doesn't she?

"We couldn't have done this without you." J'onn continued as he shook Barry's hand. "Thank you."

"Thank you." Barry said before walking to us. "How are you guys doing?"

"Yeah, I think we'll be okay."

"Although, if you lie to me again, I will take away all of your potstickers." Lena threatened me.

"You mean figuratively, right?" I asked, in a kind of a panic.

"Nope." Lena replied while popping the 'P'.

"Okay." I said back, causing Lena to chuckle before kissing me. I turned back to my speedster friend. "What about you guys?"

"We'll see."

POV: No one

The two of them walked into the apartment. Tired of what has happened in the last 24 hours. Looking forward to sleeping in, and together. Ready for the their future.

As they walked in, the superhero started to remember everything that happened in Music Meister's world. Including a talk of proposals. And so, said superhero grabbed their phone and started to play a certain song. And Kara Danvers began to sing to the love of her life, Lena Luthor.

Kara brought out a diamond ring and got down on one knee.

"Lena Luthor, will you marry me?"

"Yes." Lena gasped after a second of surprised silence.

Kara put the ring on Lena's finger and brought her beloved in for a kiss.

I know it was supposed to be Barry and Iris, but I wrote this as a Supercorp story. Also, I know they were just fighting, and now they're engaged. I guess there's some sort of joke about WLW relationships that are faster than the Flash. Another thing, just about the episode, casting Darren Criss as Music Meister was a brilliant idea. really brought out the Glee reunion thing. Also, last thing. FUCK MON-EL!
