Looking out into the space where certain creatures call there home, I could only feel sick and rage filled over me every time I looked out my window to see it. It's been 5 months since my home planet Earth was destroyed by an alien who pretended to be my friend so his leaders "the tallest" could take over Earth. I'll start from the beginning to let you understand what happened.

My name is Zim Invade, my parents where scientists and where barely ever around but when they where we where like a normal family, they always felt bad they where gone so much they made me a dog to keep me company and as a companion. I named him Gir and we were the best of friends, so much I never bothered to make any human friends, that was until one day.

"Good morning students, I have a surprise for all of you!" The teacher exclaimed while I rolled me eyes. "This is Dib he is the new student make sure you make him feel welcome!" I looked up for a moment then looked down only to look back up again. "What the-? He's green!" I couldn't help but yell, it was unusual I've never seen anything like it.

The teacher glared at me like a said something terrible then looked over to the little green boy standing in front of the classroom. He looked at her then at me with a sad mixed with happy smile, "you don't have to look at him like that teacher, it was bound to come out at some point." The smile on his face grew with every word he said blowing off my "rude" comment. "The truth is.." he started, "it's a medical condition, it's never been seen before and doctors are trying to figure it out."

At that moment when looked at him I had to look away, what is this, guilt?

After class when I was about to start to walk home the goblin ran up to me, "Wait up!" I flinched and looked over with a weird mix of disgust and half dead look on my face. "What's with that look? Just wanted to know the name of the curious classmate." he laughed, I hated it. He was cocky. "If you must know I am Zim Invade and I'm not looking to make friends, you're welcome, goodbye."

At this point I was speed walking so I could get away from him, what was his deal? I could sense him still following me, great, is he some kind of stalker? I whipped around and looked at his annoyingly happy face with anger. "Hi friend!" What did I do to deserve this?! "Go away stalker alien, I'm trying to walk home without being annoyed half to death and followed for that matter!" He flinched when he heard alien, as if it was a fear he were to be abducted by one or something. "You seem to enjoy pointing out my skin condition." He said with a smirk. I couldn't understand how one could be so annoying.
After finally losing him and being home I thought I finally got into his head that I didn't want anything to do with him. I was wrong.

"Hi friend how are you"

"Hey you want some of my lunch?"

"Hey I'll walk you home!"

It's been weeks. Weeks of his persistence and his ugly green skinned presence. After a while I finally snapped, "Hey Zim!"

"I'll be your friend just shut up already you green jerk!" The anger and annoyance in my face was definitely easy to see and yet he smiled at it, "really?!" He beamed, his eyes glistened in the light. "I'll see you tomorrow then!" I watched as he skipped away till he was a small blob.

"What-. What just happened-?"

The next day as I entered class I could see him swinging his feet and leaning his hands on his cheeks smiling as I walked in the room. I ignored his stares and sat down next to him as we happened to have our seats next to each other. "Alright let's begin roll call," I watched the teacher as she called out everyone's name which got me thinking did Dib even have a last name, he was never introduced with one? "Psst Zim," I rolled my eyes and looked over, "Zim!" The teacher yelled, I flinched at looked over quick, "here!" Embarrassed I looked down, stupid goblin, he distracted me. "I was trying to get your attention. Just so you know, looks like it worked to me." What the hell? Is he reading my thoughts now, maybe I should start wearing a tin hat to keep this alien out of my head.

Months have passed and I've grown to like the swamp monster, he had a tendency to make me laugh and make me feel at ease. I introduced him to my parents and Gir, he even joined us for a family night once. It was all going up hill, it was an amazing feeling, till one day... something weird happened.

Me, Dib, and Gir where in my backyard when suddenly the sky grew dark, almost purple, the wind rushed over us fast almost knocking us over to the point I had to hold on to Gir. My parents suddenly bursted though the sliding glass doors with fear all over their faces. My mom was about to say something when a booming voice came from the great void, "Planet 3003, humans who live on the trash planet, I hope you enjoyed your last moments on "Earth"." As the voice boomed I stared in fear as the ship emerged from the fog, I looked over at Dib whose grin was ear to ear and eyes wide like a maniac. "Hey! Zombie! Why in the world are you smiling like that, something bad is going to happen we don't know what but I can sense it, and you're smiling!"

His grinned faded when he slowly looked over at me, "you're close but not close enough," I looked at him with confusion when his smile slowly started to appear again." You've called me, ogre, goblin, zombie, booger, swamp monster, missing link, etc but you're only right when you call me, alien."

"What.."

"It's not a skin disease you de-evolving being! I'm an alien! I'm Invader Dib, and your planet is about to be no more!"
