Chef Maximo Butticelli: Kassandra, Alejandro needs you, and your time is up back here. Good luck, kiddo.
Kassandra: Oh, why did they have to be short staffed.
Maximo: Do you got your waitressin' uniform?
Kassandra: Yes, it's in the closet.
