Its been weeks since that incident.
And there's nothing happened other than the increasing closeness between me and jane.
I was sitting in the bench situated under a tree on the school playing ground.
Winters were on the verge of arriving. It was already october.
The warm sunlight and sweet winds caressing my cheeks were lullying me to sleep.

I looked in the far distant small children running after each other. Probably playing ice and water.
From far i could see my friends walking toward me.

I could feel that my peace is going to be interrupted soon.
But well nothing can be done.
I sighed with a smile.
It's not an interruption i would hate.

I looked toward the girl, whose head resting on my shoulder peacefully.
Now that we have been close for sometimes i think ik atleast one thing about her and that is she loves getting babied.
From afar no one could guess that she could be this docile.

I was looking at her, quite intensely to be honest.

"If you gonna keep looking at me like that i might blush."
She said opening her eyes slightly.

i averted my eyes in a hurry.

"Who is looking at you?"

I asked feigning ignorance.

Even tho my eyes were straight ahead but i could still feel the smirk on her lips.

"Ohh really! Trying to be innocent i see." She said amusingly.

"I was born innocent." I said with sass.

"Hahaha. Yeah. The biggest joke of the century."
She said before bursting in laughters.

I looked toward her smiling.

The winds were blowing to harsh this time.
Her hairs were flurrying in the sky.
I couldn't resist but put her waving lock behind her ears.

I looked in her eyes.
Maybe...it wouldn't be that bad asking.

"What if....i was really looking at you?"
I asked smiling, hand still fixed behind her ears.

...

Her eyes enlarged.
They fluttered.
She shifted her gaze away.
Cheeks slightly turning pink.

No...way.

"Hey you did-"

"Yoooo!! What are u guysss doOoIng?!!"

I was suddenly interrupted by avni who jumped on us from the behind.

"Avniii!!!!"
I yelled.

"Ahh sorry sorry!"
She said laughing.

"Arghh!"
I yelled in annoyance.

I looked toward Jane her cheeks were back to its original shade.
She looked normal.
Or....she looked mad?

She looked at me and suddenly gave me a smile.

'Maybe i am imagining?'
I thought.

Suddenly my friends also reached us.

"Guyss! Today pari got a boyfriend!
So she is giving us a party!!"

Anushka said in excitement.

"What?!"
I said, shockingly.

"Yeah.
But What do you mean by got a boyfriend?
Did she bought it from a market?"

Ridhima said with a sigh.

"It?"
Aditi remarked looking at Ridhima with the same sigh.

Anushka went to aditi and gave her a hi fi filled with giggles.
