It was the night of the final dress rehearsal before their opening night of Romeo and Juliet, starring Tsukasa as Romeo and you as Juliet

  Although kissing him was more of a second thought to everyone due to the fact that actors stage kiss all of the time, Rui still couldn't help but feel pained every rehearsal during the last scene where they're together before the death of Romeo

(ALSO I SAW THE BALLET OF ROMEO AND JULIET A FEW MONTHS AGO AND LET ME TELL YOU THEY GOT IT ON LITERALLY ONSTAGE I WAS SCARED TO LOOK OVER AT MY MOM 😭)

  'It was no big deal though, really' he would always repeat in his mind watching the two of you during Romeos death scene, but deep down inside it stung like a bitch

  The way Tsukasa held you onstage as the two of you kissed tonight ticked him off so much that he almost couldn't contain his feelings

  'Come on Rui, stay professional! It's just a stage kiss' he intensely watched from the stage wings

  But god, was he so thankful to finally out the curtains down after the last scene with Juliet dying holding Romeo in her arms

"Okay! Great run through guys!" Tsukasa clapped his hands together to gather everyone's attention as everyone began gathering their bags to go home for the day

"I just know we'll pull off, yet again, a fantastic show!" He puffs out his chest and strikes a pose, to which Nene scoffs at him and rolls her eyes

On the way out, Tsukasa starts scolding her for not being "respectful to her seniors" and so on as Emu clings onto them from behind

"Are you almost ready, Rui?" you ask as you pick up your bags, ready to leave

"Actually.." he pauses for a moment and drops his bags

Rui comes closer to you and you're so confused

"Can I show you something before we leave? I have a feeling that you'll like it!" he gives you his signature cat like smile
