Back story; with his father being a powerful villain Rick tries to go on a path of heroism but it's hard as most heroes look at him like he was his father waiting to strike when they least expect it making Rick somewhat distant for most of his time on the team well except for two people which are Megan and superboy as they can somewhat understand what he is going through.
