(This image is of the backside. In fact, after driving across one of Fresno's freeways by 2022, this multiplex was given an extreme makeover.)

On a side story, I went here with one of my grandfathers in September 2016 to see the newly-released remake of The Magnificent Seven, and the decor was somewhat similar to the 10-screen location in Visalia. Some of the theater rooms utilized interesting decor based on ancient foreign nations, and in the auditorium where we were seeing the film, the decor was based on Ancient Egypt. That was the only time I've been there. Though times are different in the long run.

Back on topic, the largest multiplex is the AMC Ontario Mills 30, meaning it is with 30 rooms, each with its own screen.

There is a general rule stating that cinema buildings can possess 8-16 screens, though the previous photos might contradict that. Some people, according to a cited page on the Wikipedia article for multiplexes, 16(and stadium seating) can be a multiplex, while others claim that no less than 24 are required. That same article and its cited sources could help reveal enough of the picture to grasp.

Plus, consider the available space. That might play a factor in the requirements for the number of screens and the seating capacity of each room.

There's also the probability of the theater being part of a mall, like when a Warner Cinemas building, later rebranded to Warner Village Cinemas and now a Vue, was established at Meadowhall Mall in 1993 in Sheffield, England...

or a Regal Cinemas 12 existing as part of the Sequoia Mall in Visalia, California...

or even the AMC at Westfield Plaza Bonita in National City.

This information could give you a lot to think about in terms of the overall length, width, and height of the building, as well as the required amount of space, the number of screens, and the seating capacity for each room

This information could give you a lot to think about in terms of the overall length, width, and height of the building, as well as the required amount of space, the number of screens, and the seating capacity for each room.

Perhaps this overall Wattpad thing could help with the survey, as well as influence creative speculation for a hypothetical cinema multiplex or a cinema chain. What city(s) would it/they be located in? How many per city? Would it/any of them be part of (a) shopping mall(s)? How many screens? What would the seating capacity be, even for each screen? How much space would the overall area occupy? How tall would it be? Would it vary from theater to theater? From building to building? Even theater room to theater room? A lot to think about.

On another note, there are theaters that, despite showing new movies, also show old-school ones. Some like Regal do it on their own for special occasions, while others like Galaxy Theaters established deals with Flashback Cinema. Would this theater show old-school films? Or would they not? If so, would it be on their own, or would they negotiate a deal with Flashback Cinema? There are some other factors to think about, and many more in the long run.

I'm thinking of showcasing several survey answers as their own chapters. What do you guys think?
