"NO! LEAVE ME ALONE" I screamed while ducking behind the kitchen's island
"cummon R, we just want to play" one of my best friends and major crush replied, actually he was all of our best friends, my brothers and I, I mean well except the ass. Jay, also known as Jason Miller (or Jaybird to me) had lived next door to us for years, ever since I was little. He's 2 years older than me and has black hair which is always messy and I loved him with the whole of my chubby little heart. Yeah I said chubby...you could say that I was a little on the fat side..actually more than a little more like just fat.
"NOOOOO! You forget that I know you Jaybird!" I laughed
"R, just come here...all i want is a hug..." he said innocently giving my puppy dog eyes and edging closer to where i was standing
"stay away!" I said grabbing a wooden spoon from the side
"A spoon Riley, really? you think that measly peice of wood can fend off this man?"
"man? yeah right" i scoffed "how about you---" I was cut off when i was suddenly lifted off of the ground from behind
"I'VE GOT HER" a triumphant Jamie roared
"Guuyss please! i didnt mean to unplug the xbox...i tripped and it just happened to come undone"
"pfft tell it to the judge Riles, oh wait you don't have one" Jay cackled as we neared the swimming pool
"NO. NO. NO. NO" i screamed as I was thrown from Jamie's arm and into the awaiting pool of freezing water, after all it was 3am
"that's what you get for messing with us biaatch!" they simultaneously said whilst high-fiving the other guys.
*~1 year later~*
I descended down the stairs and say everyone in the living room.
"Hey Jay what are you doing here?" i asked
"err...Riles I don't really know how to say this but....I'm moving"
"what like down the street?"
"I wish...no I'm moving to Australia, my dad's just been transfered there so I have to go with him"
"But Jaybird! can't you live with us or something? mum! please"
"I'm sorry R its already sorted...i need to go i'll phone soon" he said, turning round and walking out the door.
That was the last I saw of Jay, he never called and I gave up after that, lost all my fat and started training. Back then I was a goody-goody, he was what changed me.
*~Present~*
"Where do I know you from? I'm sure I would have recognised you from that slamming body and beautiful face of yours" he questioned me
I rolled me eyes and turned away "I'll leave you to figure that out for yourself Jay oh and thanks for helping me" i called over my shoulder
The rest of the day went smoothly, apart from Zane annoying the hell out of me. I swear if I had been there a second longer I would have punched him in the face. repetitivly. I didn't see Jay again throughouht the day, which is that surprising as he has a different lunch time to me and is 2 years older than me, however I did hear the girls of the school talking about how hot he was.
