Chapter One

He smiled at me as I entered the room with my jaw dropped. Along the walls were colorful paintings of things from games, TV shows, movies, you name it they had it. On a small table there sat three plates and a small cake.
"Welcome to my humble abode" he said with a long drawn out accent. I just sat down along with them. It was more of me eating and answering a few questions and John and Gabriel fighting over Modded and vanilla content. I took Gabe's side, but in the end John pulled by.
"So Melanie, how was your day" Gabe said smiling a slight smile.
They are just distractions
"It was great, thanks for asking" I said blushing hardcore.
"IS IT TRUE" John almost screamed at me.
"John remember what I told you" Gabe said.
"Don't trust Flannery the Great" John said disappointed.
"Something was off" Gabe said, with brewed a fight over Flannery, which was when I left. I walked in the dark pathways to the girls dorms, and looked back to see if they noticed I was gone once. Apon entering my room, I wasn't surprised to see my room mate pecking away at her keyboard and furiously yelling about bots at the screen.
On the contrary I moved into a studying position and began to touch up on world History. The last thing I remember before passing out on my desk was reading about the ways love was depicted in different cultures, which for some reason made me hurriedly write Gabe's name on my arm next to mine.
