"She bout to cry cause you crying?" Saint asked bouncing her trying to soothe Dakota
"Yeah she does that" she told him and his mom smiled
"Aw mi nieta" his mom pouted looked at dokota
"You are so beautiful omg let me wash my hands!" She ran to the kitchen and kalani laughed
"See you was nervous for nothing " Saint told her and she looked up at him smiling
"Thank you" she told Saint who smiled at her
"Ain't no problem come on before she start cursing me out " they both walked to the back where his mom was she was drying her hands, Saint walked over and handed her to Dakota to her
"You are your daddy twin! " his mom gushed over Dakota who sat there giggling the whole time, lani smiled and watched them interact
"So how this gon work?" Saint asked her and she looked at him
"You can have her whenever you want I don't mind. I feel like you missed out on enough so just call me and tell me when you want her. I wanna make this as easy as possible and I don't wanna be a bitter babymomma. Just don't have nobody around my baby that shouldn't be. " she told him
"Ight how bout this weekend?" He asked her and she nodded
"Yeah of course, tae coming in town so yeah you can definitely take her"
"So you gon be outside this weekend that's what im hearing?" He leaned back looking at her
"Yeah , I haven't really went out for real since being back here, seeing you at your club was the first time I went out" she adjusted herself in her seat facing him
"Why?"
"Because I wasn't trying to run into you before I was ready but I know it needed to happen " she told him honestly
"You said you tried to tell me before , when was that?" He asked her and she sighed
"I was living in maryland my entire pregnancy, I was about 8 months and I tried calling your phone and some girl picked up saying her name was crystal and that you didn't want nothing to do with me or whatever and she hung up. I'm assuming she blocked me from your phone because I also called you the day I had her " kalani told him and he sat there shocked he knew who she was talking about and he felt himself getting angry
"I ain't know that mama I'm sorry" He whispered and she shrugged
"It's fine I should've tried harder " he frowned at what she said and grabbed her hand
"Stop beating yourself up about this shit. You let me know about her and that's all that matters right now. It ain't your fault it's mine stop blaming yourself Ight ? We good" he rubbed her hand and she nodded trying not to cry
"lani! Are you hungry?" She heard his mom shout and she stood up pulling up her pants and walking into the kitchen, Saint stared at her ass and shook his head
"Got damm " he stood up following her into the kitchen seeing Dakota eating a noddle
" what you eating baby?" Saint walked towards Dakota who was sitting on the counter
"Mmmmmmmm" Dakota said to Saint while eating , kalani smiled watching Saint and his mom interact with Dakota. She loved every moment about it
