"Go where?" I mumbled as I stood up slowly.

"To get some food. I'll pay."

My head shot up in surprise, "What? No, it's fine. I can pay."

"You're always paying for me at the arcade." Taehoon ruffled my hair, "Let me pay for once, Y/n."

"Fine." I replied, "Let me go freshen up first."

I shuffled past Taehoon and headed to the bathroom.

When we stepped outside, we saw Yeonwoo being punched in the gut, the three guys from before surrounding him.

I internally smirked as I saw the cast on the brown haired guy's wrist.

Serves him right.

Yeonwoo didn't visibly react to the punch.

The guys who hit him scrunched up their faces as they clutched their fists in pain.

"It's like the fucker's made out of stone."

Taehoon walked over and pushed one of the goons aside, "I wasn't sure if I'd figured you out or not. But now I know what you were trained in. It's called Kyokushin karate."

"Well, me too. I've figured out what you've been trained in." Yeonwoo responded, "It's called Taekwondo."

They both glared at each other.

The staring competition was soon interrupted by the remaining two goons.

"The fuck is this girly-looking son of a bitch? Who said you could interfere?"

"Hey. Fuck off." Taehoon swung his leg up and stopped it right in front of the guy's face as he shot them a glare.

They abruptly left as their friend got up from the floor and apologised, pushing them to leave.

"Hey, let's fight!" Taehoon smirked at Yeonwoo.

I went to stand beside Hobin and Snapper as they quietly greeted me.

"Because I know Kyokushin karate and you know Taekwondo?" Yeonwoo asked, bringing his arms up to block his face from Taehoon's kick.

"No." Taehoon smiled, "Because whenever I see people like you I just wanna take them down for no reason."

He sent a flurry of kicks towards Yeonwoo as he stood there and took it, not even attempting to fight back.

"I saw how you were stuck in that small room studying and not being able to do anything you want to do." Taehoon commented, "You live the way your overbearing father tells you to live. You're basically a puppet."

Yeonwoo's eyes grew dark as he heard that, "You have no idea what you're talking about. You have no idea what you're talking about at all?!"

He sped forward and threw a punch at Taehoon as he screamed out the last sentence in a fit of rage.

It was then I noticed Hobin and Snapper had walked off and gone somewhere.

I sighed to myself as my stomach rumbled, reminding me of my objective.

Taehoon and Yeonwoo started fighting, unaware of anything else.

I sat down on a bench and stared into the air blankly for a few seconds before looking towards the fight and admiring Taehoon's skill.

Yeonwoo aimed a punch at Taehoon as he ducked down, the punch leaving a big dent in the wall as some of the brick fell away.

Taehoon looked annoyed as Yeonwoo's hand dripped with blood.

The fight ended shortly after.

I was thankful as it meant we could finally eat.

It was then I noticed the notification that Hobin was streaming from ten minutes ago.

He seemed to be confronting those three guys from earlier.

Damn, those guys are pretty persistent.

~*~

This was the last night here. I already knew we wouldn't be here long but it was enjoyable apart from those three persistent idiots.

I stared at the ocean one last time, watching as the waves lapped over the sand.

"Hey."

I jumped and clutched my chest, being scared half to death as Taehoon appeared beside me.

Everyone else was already inside.

"Don't do that." I finally spoke after taking a few seconds to recover, my heart pounding loudly.

Taehoon chuckled, "So... about what I wanted to tell you earlier."

I was surprised he brought the topic up first but I waited for him to continue talking before saying anything.

Taehoon sighed, his cheeks turning red as he avoided eye contact, "This is really embarrassing... Y/n... I like you."

Even though I was expecting it, I was still stunned as I stared at him with red cheeks for a few moments.

"What? Say something." Taehoon grumbled.

I finally smiled, my heart soaring as I responded, "I like you too."

"What was that? I didn't hear you." Taehoon smirked at me.

"You heard me." I smacked his arm as my face burned red.

Taehoon smiled and stared me straight in the eyes, mesmerising me.

He leaned closer, his lips brushing over mine before he finally pressed a kiss to my lips.

Y/n.exe has stopped working.

Taehoon pulled away and laughed at my expression as I whined and hid my face in his chest in embarrassment.

He continued to chuckle as he wrapped his arms around me, hugging me tightly.

The brown haired boy kissed the top of my head and squeezed me tightly.

"Be my girlfriend?" He muttered quietly.

It was like we were the only people in the universe in that moment.

I smiled so hard my cheeks started to hurt as I peeked up at him, "Of course."
