The LTI Initiative

The LTI Initiative is in it's golden age of Anthro Technology, many innovations in medical, power generation, research and development. To make the Initiative run smoothly, Rahn and Dr. K had organised the roles of each members of the Initiative. From basic to important which is all categorised in Sectors. There are 4 sectors which includes:

Security: Guards the Yellow Zones and Red Zones to avoid Latex Beasts escape from those zones. All security forces must keep on eye out on potential spies that lurking in the Initiative, and act in simple standard operational procedures which is:

Analyse
Investigate
(If he/she is a spy) Relay
Surround
Transform/capture
(If capture) Interrogation
(If Refuse) Mark for Experimentation
(If he/she is not a spy) Abort

Security will be organised by the Head of Security (HoS) personally employed by Rahn or Dr. K. The Roles are Security Guard, MLBRU Heavy, Warden and Brig Physician.

Research and Development: Most commonly known as the Nerds, they improve and advance in technology to further improve the Initiative by medical, experimentation, personal needs, weapons, tools and equipment. R&D will be organised by the Research Director. The Roles are Researcher, Latex Behavioural Researcher, Geneticist, and Roboticist

Medical Sector: Run by former Global Confederation Doctors, medics, surgeon, virologist and chemists, the medical sector have advanced medical technology from treating the worse infections like STDs and Cancer, to growing artificial replacement limbs and organs. The Medical sector have a vital role from containing outbreaks, treat the wounded in containment breaches and accidents and curing diseases. All is organised by The Chief Medical Officer, and the roles are Medical Doctor, Chemist, Virologist, Psychiatrist, Psychologist and Paramedics.

Engineering: The Chads that keep the Initiative running 24/7. Former humans with knowledge in inventing, designing, analyze, build and test machines, complex systems, structures, gadgets and materials to fulfill functional objectives and requirements while considering the limitations imposed by practicality, regulation, safety and efficiency. Most of them work to maintain the Initiative core power supply which is the Fusion Reactor. They are organised by the Chief Engineer, which the roles are fusion engineers, engineers, fixers and prototypers

Supply: The heavy labourers who supply the Initiative with fresh test subjects sent by the MHEU, New Recruits, new seeds for the Botanists, recreation toys and games, soft drinks and snacks for the vending machines, and most important, Coffee. They also send personal orders from members. Overseen by the Quartermaster are Cargo Technicians and The Delivery Guys.

Service: Normal people who want to spend their lives in peace, they don't have the knowledge of science, combat or anything but cleaning, growing, serving and entertaining. Rahn instead of sending them away give them simple jobs to do around. Organised by the Head of Personnel, these are Bartenders, Assistants in R&D, Cooks and Chefs, botanists, Musicians, Librarians, artists and "entertainers".

After the Great Organisation, the LTI Initiative has become an oasis of freedom for people who want to escape from the Global Confederation and willing to make Rahn's vision come true. Same people had made their new lives in the LTI Initiative, and Rahn celebrated the Marriage of Liam Handerson, A Wolf Engineer and Lara Roberts, a Human Researcher, the first marriage in the Initiative.
