"You think so?" They say.
"Yeah, it's more of a threat since it's nearby the emperors coven." The scout says.
"I'm honestly between the sirens or the basilisk." They say.
"Dude, last time we were with sirens you nearly got yourself killed." The scout says.
"Which is why I need to deal with them so I can get better at fighting them." They say.
"Why the basilisk?" The scout asks.
"Belos already wants everyone's palismans, so a basilisk stealing magic isn't really helping." They say.
"I suppose." The scout nods.
"I don't know, something tells me a basilisk would just be really interesting." They say.
"Go for it then, but I suggest you go for the troll tomorrow." The scout says.
"Yeah I'll definitely do it, it's only a sighting anyway, we don't know if it's for sure." They say.
The scout nods.
"You sure you got this on your own?" The scout says.
"Yeah, it's a basilisk." They say.
"Okay, good luck." The scout says.
"Thanks!" They smile and run off.
Your pov
"How close is this waterfall." You groan.
"Seriously, my legs are dying, I don't even know where we are right now." Viney grumbles.
"You guys are so impatient. It's around the corner over here, I'm so done with all the whining." Hunter hisses.
"Okay! You know what?!" Viney yells stomping infront of him.
Your eyes widen and you look at her.
"I don't like your attitude! Or the way you're treating me and your girlfriend!" Viney yells.
"We're not together!" You blush.
"Yes. we are." Hunter says tightening the grip on your hand.
"Okay! You guys!" Viney says.
"You, whatever your name is, Goldie, back off from her for a moment, give her her space." Viney says pulling you away.
"She's fine." Hunter says pulling her back.
"We're almost there, can you guys just stop." Hunter rolls his eyes.
"You're making her uncomfortable!" Viney says.
"Why don't we just talk. WHEN WE GET THERE." Hunter says widening his eyes.
"Come on follow me." Hunter groans stomping around the corner.
You and Viney look at eachother.
"Are you okay?" She asks.
"He just seems off I'm nervous." You say.
"Yeah no shit, he's getting on my nerves." Viney says.
"Whatever let's just get whatever he wants to show us out of the way." She sighs and turns the corner.
You stand there and sigh thinking to yourself as you turn the corner.
It is in fact a beautiful waterfall, you didn't even notice you could hear the water falling because you were already irritated, turns out you were close to it all along.
You turn your head around looking for Hunter and Viney.
"Guys?" You say.
"Over here!" Viney says.
