The guards holding me let go and I was too weak to hold myself up, immediately falling to the ground.

"Everybody get into defensive positions!" she ordered, and I heard feet shuffling about before another shot went off.

"Sniper down!" somebody yelled for everyone to hear, before a third shot went off, and a scream followed.

"To the walls! Now!" Y/S/N shouted as everybody got into position.

I couldn't be sure what was happening, my head still spinning and mouth full of blood. But I suddenly felt arms grab me and realised it was Y/S/N, though she had her pistol pointed at me.

"You better hope these people aren't with you," she hissed, before leading me into the building behind us.

We took cover by the front window, crouching down enough to stay out of the way but for Y/S/N to have a good look at what was going on. More gunshots were going off, from both sides of the fight, and I didn't know who was there or who was winning, but Y/S/N was pissed, her grip tightening on my arm.

"It's just me and you," she said with desperation, eyes on mine. "Tell me the location."

"I'm sorry I let you become like this," I got out weakly.

She groaned with frustration before focusing her attention outside again. I closed my eyes momentarily, trying to catch my breath, before freezing when a gun cocked behind us. Y/S/N tensed up, too, and then a voice spoke.

"Let her go."

I recognised the voice – it was Alicia! What the hell was she doing here?

Y/S/N released my arm as the two of us turned around slowly. I could have cried at the sight of the Clark girl, stood over us with her pistol pointed at Y/S/N. Her eyes flickered over to mine briefly and she faltered when she saw my face, which no doubt looked like a bloody mess. Unfortunately, that was enough time for Y/S/N to lunge forward and tackle her to the floor.

Both guns slid to the side as my sister straddled Alicia, punching her in the face. I tried to push myself up as Alicia kicked her off, attempting to keep her distance, but Y/S/N was quick as she grabbed her once more. My body was on fire as I crawled over to the guns, grabbing one and using my remaining strength to stand up. Finally, I was able to lean against the reception desk for support, but I couldn't get a clear shot on my sister. Her and Alicia were fighting too closely.

I shot the ground instead, making them both jump apart and look my way. Alicia quickly scrambled away, realising what I was doing, and I pointed the gun at Y/S/N shakily.

"Stop," I told her, taking a sharp breath.

She raised her hands slowly, giving me a knowing look. "Y/N, come on. You're gonna do this right now? Choose her over your own sister?"

Tears pricked my eyes as I frowned. "You're not my sister anymore. No sister of mine would do this to me. To anyone. You used to be so kind and, now, you're just so bitter. So horrible."

Her raised hands squeezed into fists, a scowl on her face.

"Alicia, come here," I said, not tearing my gaze from my sister.

Alicia joined my side, grabbing the other gun from the floor.

"You won't do it," Y/S/N said with a glare. "You can't."

She was right. I couldn't hurt her, let alone shoot her.

"But I will," Alicia suddenly said, lifting her gun and pointing it at her. "So you better stay put."
