Mike and his new friends are now exploring the Backrooms together, but they find an abandoned Outpost with tons of supplies left and with nobody in it... not even bodies. So the question is, who did this? and will they find out? Read to find out...

After I shut off the recorder I grabbed my backpack and we left. We went through the sewer again and back into our base. But before we got into our base we saw that there were lights moving around in there, which means that someone is in there. We crouched down and pulled our guns. Jax motioned for me to open the door. I gestured back saying for him to open it. Then he motioned back to me for me to open it then he would go in and shoot. We agreed and went forwards, I peeked inside and saw about 5 or 6 men fully armored and with some pretty heavy guns. I then saw they were a part of the M.E.G. I motioned all of that to Jax. He nodded and then told me to move forward. I grabbed the nob then as I was going to open it someone shouted, "HANDS UP GUNS DOWN!" We all froze and then did as we were told and the rest of the crew put our guns down and put our hands in the air. The other men in the base came out and flashed lights in our faces. He then said, "GET UP NOW!" We did and they tied our hands together. We were then taken out of the sewer and into this truck but before we got in Jax and Troy broke free and shot two of the men.
"GO GO!" Jax yelled. The other men took cover behind a house. I grabbed one of the guns from inside the truck and started to fire. Eventually Troy threw a hand grenade and it blew up right next to the M.E.G. men. Jax finished them off and we went back to our base.
"What the hell was that?" I asked
"I think the M.E.G. knew the whole Bacteria attack was us," Liam said
"What! How?" Jax said
"I don't know maybe we left something behind and they traced it back to us," Liam said
"This isn't good," Hal said
"Not at all," I said
After that, we went to bed, in the middle of the night I woke up and got some water. I chugged it and heard a noise outside the door. I turned towards the door, pulled out my pistol, and opened the door slowly. I poked my head out and... saw nothing. Maybe it was just a rat or something... wait a minute rats don't exist in the Backrooms. Or maybe they do? I closed the door and sat down at the table, as I did I heard footsteps behind me. I turned around and pointed my gun at... Jax.
"Did I do something wrong?" Jax asked
"No sorry I'm just paranoid I guess," I said,
"Couldn't sleep huh?" Jax said
"No no I was just thirsty," I said,
"Oh, I see..." Jax said
"Um I haven't shown this to the others but someone left this for me," Jax said, He pulled out a piece of paper with some random numbers on it.

"What does it mean?" I asked
"I don't know but I think we could decipher it, right?" Jax said
"Sure," I said. I looked at the bottom right corner and saw it wasn't from somebody it was from Pat. I also saw on the opposite corner it said, A=1
"A = 1?" I said,
"Yeah, I don't..." Jax said
"Wait, if... A = 1 then... there are a few a's here and there" Jax said
"Yeah, your right," I said. We filled in the "a" spots.

"Okay, so there are two a's now what?" I said,
"Well if A = 1 then B should equal 2... right?" Jax said,
"Yeah, your right!" I said. We eventually guessed that all the alphabets would equal the corresponding numbers. Eventually, we got it, and what we saw was shocking.

"How could..." I said,
"No that's not right..." Jax said. Is there really a way out?...
Just then we heard the door open and close. When it did open something clanked on the ground. I looked and saw a tube laying on the ground and realized.
