Introduction: Y/n and her childhood best friend Jenna have been secretly dating for the past month. Y/n is more of a non popular kid at school while Jenna is one of the most popular girls in the school. There have been rumors that Jenna has been sneaking around with one of the popular guys which y/n doesn't like one bit but hasn't said anything because she doesn't wanna ruin Jenna's reputation, but after y/n starts getting closer to another one of her friends, what does Jenna think of that?

Y/n's pov

"Leo you're just overreacting, you already have something going on with Janelle so just ask her to homecoming" I said while entering Leo's house

Leo lives in what seems to be a mansion or just a very cool house

After his mom married an inventor, they moved to this very nice house which Leo is now living with his new family and set of siblings

Leo's stepfather had been living with his brother who is a single father of three which now Leo considers them as his siblings and I am also very good friends with them

"No y/n you don't understand, I know we have something going on but the thing is how to ask her. She wants something amazing- or then she may become a bit mad" Leo said while putting his backpack down

"She threatened to break up with you, didn't she?" I asked

"It was implied" He said before walking to the kitchen

"Hey y/n" I heard someone say which I turned over to the staircase and saw Bree coming downstairs

Bree is one of Leo's siblings who has become a very good friend of mine. She's beautiful and one of the best runners at our school, it's like she has super speed

"Hey Bree, where have you been? I haven't seen you at school" I said as she came over

"Didn't feel like going so didn't go" She said with a shrug, I chuckled before pulling her into a hug

"Janelle would you- nah that's too plain. Janelle Dooley, will you make me the happiest man in the world and go to homecoming with me?" We heard Leo practicing and when we looked over, he was practicing asking Janelle to homecoming with a ketchup bottle

"Has he actually lost it or-?" Bree turned to me

"He has been struggling on asking Janelle to homecoming- apparently he's practicing on a ketchup bottle so maybe yes, he did lose it" I said which Leo turned to us

"I haven't lost it. Now if you excuse me, I'm gonna go practice with my pillow" Leo said before heading upstairs, I chuckled before flopping down on the couch, Bree flopping down next to me

"What about you? Are you gonna go to homecoming? Has someone asked you yet?" I questioned while looking over at Bree

"Nope, no one has asked me yet but hey! We still have a week till homecoming... and the guy I like is going with someone else.." Bree said before turning to me and smiling bitterly

"Who?" I asked with a confused look on my face

"Jace Hunter, he's the most popular and cutest boy in school" Bree said while putting her hand on her chest, I groaned in disgust

"Him? Seriously? I've seen blobfish cuter than him" I said which she rolled her eyes and leaned back onto the couch before sliding her way down to my shoulder where she rested her head

"Yeah well he already asked and is going with someone else, your friend actually" She said which I frowned my eyebrows

"My friend?" I asked which I felt her nod against my shoulder
