"I'm...I was never mad at you for attempting that." You say.
"I was honestly just shocked and at the same time I felt bad, that you wanted to do that despite me treating you terrible for even coming." You say.
"Cause it makes me such an awful person in the end, that you care that much to ignore all the mean things I was saying because you valued that one time I was accepting of you over anything else." You say.
"No I escalated it is the problem." He said.
"Yes I valued what you said but I did too much that it got to the point I just wanted to ki-" He sighs.
"That I wanted to do that." He says.
"It's...I should have controlled myself." Hunter says.
"And.. it doesn't help that lately I've been looking at you and thinking to myself that youre..." He blushes.
"Never mind." He whispers.
"No what is it?" You say.
"It's embarassing." He says.
"I don't care." You say.
"Promise me you won't hate me even more than you already do." He says.
"I promise, just tell me." You say.
"....."
"I was gonna say um... it doesn't help that I've been looking at you lately and thinking to myself that um..." He blushes.
"That you grew to be so beautiful." Hunter says softly, burying his face in his hands.
You heat up. Oh my Titan.
"Oh uh..." you blush.
"Um..." you blush, fidgeting your fingers.
"How long have you been thinking that?" You ask.
"About a few months ago, I catch myself just randomly staring, and just thinking you look nice." Hunter says softly.
"Really?" You say.
"Um.." he mumbles.
"Look I said what I said I don't wanna repeat myself." He blushes.
"Also I'm so confused you said, you aren't mad at me for doing that? How?" He asks.
"I was never mad at you, I'm just used to being so stubborn and mean to you all the time cause it's how I've always been. You've never done anything wrong to me lately so I don't know why im still being so mean, I should stop." You say.
"So you're right I need to grow up and stop acting Like a child around you." You say.
"We deserve to treat eachother equally." You say.
"Let's restart okay?" You say.
He looks up at you and softly nods.
"Deal?" You say holding out your hand.
He reaches his hand out about to shake your hand. Before he does you pull your hand back.
"On one condition though." You say.
"Which is?" Hunter asks.
"I don't know if I want to be like.. in a relationship. But at the same time, we're at this age where we have to meet our stupid families expectations." You sigh.
"I can't tell if I like you or not. It's hard for me to understand that. But we need to meet expectations since we're supposed to get married, so... we can try? But please keep in mind I don't know if I mean any.... Romantic gesture. So please don't get your hopes too high. I'm trying to figure it out." You say.
"It's fine I know." He says.
"Hopefully I Can figure it out if we try." You say.
He nods.
You both awkwardly stare at eachother. You both are red faced.
"You um... you can go now." You say.
"Oh right." He says standing up.
"Um. Goodnight." He says, standing by the door about to leave.
"Wait." You say walking up to him.
Hunter turns his head.
"What-oh!" He jumps.
You hug him. He stands there his arms up now knowing whether to hug back or not.
Your trembling. Your nervous, but you feel like you just had to hug him before he goes.
"Thanks for talking about this to me." You say.
"U-um.. yes. Yeah. Of course anytime. Mmhm." He blushes, slowly putting his arms around you.
You nod. And with that he leaves.
