Marshall throws a water balloon at Tracker and the completed contestants throw a lot of water balloons at Tracker including Howie Roger Jones , Bob Cooper , Austin Modern and the cheer partners . After the water balloons torture , Howie place the collar back to his neck .
Howie Roger Jones : Alright Tracker , get dry and wait until the challenge is over .
