I brush the thoughts out of my mind, put my earphones on and walk to the girls dorm where I would meet with Emory to get ready.
I put my playlist and the first song was mess it up by Gracie Abrams. I hum along to the song and once it finishes I pick up my pace since I see the girls dorm building nearby .
I go up to her room and knock. Her roommate, a beautiful redhead with wavy hair, opens the door and she lets me in.
"Okay we have swimsuits here, and cover ups for after, and the party," she says excited and I don't think I've ever seen her excited about anything except pouring orange juice down Alison's shirt
"Okay, I'll like a one piece, not a bikini," I say looking at the options
"You have a beautiful body by the way," she says and I smile
"It's not that it's just with ice skating I fall a lot and I have this ugly bruise I don't want to show," I say and she smiles
"Everything is new by the way, I bought everything this week," she says and I stand there astonished .
Money must be funny to have so much extra.
I picked a blue swimsuit and tried it on and it looks amazing. It covers all the right parts while still giving me body definition.
