In the city of Musutafu Japan a city that was full of heroes there was a robbery with the thief driving away with him being chased by the cops and as he drove a little boy jumped onto the roof of a building while smiling and eating a chilli dog this boy is Y/N

As he ate, he looked down and saw the cops chasing a theif. He then finished eating his chilli dog and getting a good stretch in he jumped off the building with him running and joining in the chase with a blue streak that was left behind him.
He soon ran up by a cop car who had a coffee with him tapping on the glass and waving at him with the cop spitting out his coffee with Y/N boosting off with him chasing the theif.
Cop: Uh dispatch, there is a child on pursuit of the robber, and he just passed us.
Y/N kept running with him running after the robber with him just having fun with him dodging and weaving out of the way of incoming cars.
He then rolled up into a ball and was by the car with him jumping on top of it with the driving hearing Y/N jumping onto the roof.
Thief: What the hell?
He then looked out the window and looked up and saw Y/N resting on the roof

The thief went for his gun and when he pointed it at Y/N it was gone.
Thief: What the?!
He then saw Y/N took his gun and with him looking down at the thief and started wagging his finger at him mockingly. The thief then tried to shake him off but Y/N stuck on but he started to get annoyed with Y/N running around the car with him popping all the tires with the car started to drift out of control with it about to crash into some people so he acted fast with time slowing down for him and hurrying to the people and moving them out of the way.
As the car got closer he grabbed a mattress and moved it to where the car would crash. Soon time went back to normal the car crashed into the mattress and when the thief got out of the car Y/N grabbed a nearby jumping rope and tied them up and placed the gun on the car.
As the cops arrived they put the thief in the police car and got the stolen goods along with the gun he used.
Cop 1: So where did that kid go?
Cop 2: Um sir?
He pointed to the roof of a building where Y/N stood on top of it with the moon shining down on him

Cop 1: Who are you?
Y/N didn't respond with Y/N running off home with a peice of paper being left behind on the cop car with him taking it and saying
Cop 1: Blue Justice? Never heard of that one before.
Y/N started to run back to his home with him doing some minimal stuff to help like picking up some litter, and even helping an old lady cross the street.
Old lady: Thank you kindly deary take this for your troubles.
She handed him a little money which he indeed took but started bowing in appreciation with him soon making it home with him making home out of an abandoned subway with him pulling a string which lit up with Christmas lights, and showing his make shift home with him having a small TV with some consoles with them being some people didn't want or he got from stores that sold used items, a radio, a mini fridge, a small lamp which on a box along with an old phone he used which had a crack along with some headphones and even had a working charger which was by his rocket car bed which had a blue blanket, and by that TV he had a bean bag chair, along with some cabinets that had some cereal and some had a mix of comics, games and DVDs.
To him it wasn't much but it was home and as long as he had a roof over his head along with food and water he was ok with it.
He turned on his TV with him looking through some DVD's to play he picked out Teen Titans with him loading it in into the DVD player and with him grabbing a bowl and some cereal he looked for some milk and saw he was all out of milk so he quickly ran to the store and grabbed a small gallon and went to the register to pay with the money the old lady gave him. He then quickly made it home and sat down in his bean bag chair with some cereal with him pressing play to enjoy the show with him hearing the theme song and him just jamming to it with him even lip sinking to the song
TIMESKIP
After which the show he yawned and finished his bowl of cereal he drank the milk that was in it and put it in a makeshift sink with him pulling a string that poorer clean water and him using soap cleaned the bowl and tossed the plastic spoon he was using away. He then put the bowl away and went to bed with him turning off his lamp and going to sleep in his make shift little home.
Overnight what Y/N did started to get known especially by some of those of UA with them taking interest in his abilities and deciding to put him under recommendations along with a choice of few.
