When I tell you guys I just thought of the most PERFECT. BEAUTIFUL plot out there for a ghost fanfiction 😍 It was an idea that Ghost kills the reader during a mission and now he is haunted by her but falls in love with her. It sounds stupid but it made me think of Toilet Bound Hanuko and Flowers from 1870 (forgot the date)

Y/n POV
I was stuck. Who was I going to bring with me on this mission?
I didn't want Price to come with, he has his own business to attend to. He is a leader, best not to include him since me and Alejandro are head of this mission.
We had 2 days to prepare before we are deployed.
My back relaxed onto my chair. There was bunks for rooms but as for being one of the leaders of this mission I got a singular room. There was a long hallway, the right side was bunks for soldiers and to the left were small single rooms for higher ups.
I had left myself alone. This is a fatal decision, because unlike the warehouse raid I have no idea what we are up against.
When we did deals only Zakiel had access to them, I was meant to be left in the dark. Yet somehow I can't help but feel responsible.
Seeing the other end of this is so.. painful.
König is willing to put his life on the line as a single soldier just to keep his home safe. To think I was one of the reasons this was happening. Not to mention Mexican Special Forces..
I need to talk to Alejandro.
Standing up from my bed I walked towards the door. Opening it I was greeted with the long hallway full of soldiers. Glancing into the rooms I stumbled upon a bunked room, one of the men sounding familiar.
"ey, Rudy." I called out to him. The man turned around. He was talking to one of the fellow cowboys. He was a smaller, slim man. He had muscle definition through his grey wife beater and black sweat pants.
"Hola Y/n. Puedo ayudarle?" He gave me a nod as he fumbled with the black shirt in his hands to flip it the correct way out.
"Tengo negocios con Alejandro." I talked to Rudy in spanish, this was the language we were most comfortable with. The tan latino leaned against the door frame as he glanced both sides of the hallway.
"Él está en la primera habitación a la izquierda." He pointed down his right side. He said the 1st room to the left.
"Gracias guapo." I thanked him as I started down the hallway. Once I got to the room I knocked gently on the door.
Hearing grumbles behind the door I heard the door knob click as he opened the door.
He appeared within the door frame, his hair messy and he had a plain black shirt on with shorts.
Same as Rudy, we were only comfortable talking in spanish. Thats what I lead our conversation in.
"Can I come in?" Gently I placed a hand on the door frame. He wasn't too happy to see me but he left the door open as he headed into the room.
Pushing past the white door I closed it behind me. Turning back the first thing I noticed was how clean his room was. Sure mine was already cleaned but his was spotless. His bed had 0 wrinkles in it, his desk perfectly organized while his deployment clothes were hung up on hangers in the creaked open closet.
"What do you need?" He asked as he sat down on the chair to his desk.
I pointed at the bed hesitantly as he nodded. With permission I took a seat. "I'm just concerned for the mission, I don't know who to bring with."
Alejandro nodded in response as he glanced off. "Why is this being brought to me?"
His question felt sarcastic, almost as if I was an inconvenience.
A hand ran through my hair as I gave a sigh. "We both are leading this operation, it's only fair if you put a little trust in me."
The latino's face tightened as his eyes narrowed.
"I don't trust you. I don't trust your boss, I don't trust your work and I sure as hell don't trust your reasoning." He spat, his temper escalating. "Just because you decided to magically switch teams doesn't mean that it's going to change how I understand you."
"Understand me?" His comment went to heart. "You know nothing about me. If you bothered to ask why I was here for once you would notice that I'm only here because I have no other choice."
He stood up. "That's what they all say, doesn't make you any more innocent."
The way he looked down on me pissed me off. Standing up to try and level myself I couldn't help but stare daggers at him.
"If I go back, the cartel kills me. If I don't do this mission, Price will kill me." I hissed in a low tone. "I have people to fight for on this side, who are you fighting for? Those cowboys of yours or your little novio?"
Alejandro seemed to get even more pissed at the taunting of Rudy. They weren't dating but you could tell Alejandro and Rodolpho were close. It was expected for him to get defensive.
Words seemed to be boiling out of the black haired man but he swallowed them down.
After a few seconds he glanced away. "Trust who you trust. I don't care."
He walked over to his window before looking back at me. "Leave."
I regret saying something that harsh to him. It felt like it had to be said.
Turning around I opened the door and stepped out.
Heading back to my room I tried my best to not slam the door then and there. I laid down in my bed, my temper still hot.
I don't know why Alejandro has such an issue with the cartel. If they terrorized his family that's one thing but just hating me because my line of work is different.
Giving a long exhale I grabbed my pillow and shifted it so I could hug onto it.
Reminded me of König. Near the time we first met we laid on other sides of a pillow.
I know he is strong and his own soldier, yet I can't help but be worried for him.
