Y/n POV

I had been sitting here for hours, searching through years of information. All of these deliveries seemed straight on Mexico's side.

Anything past our borders are beyond our documentation.

Creak. Looking over at the staircase I see König. He still had his vest on though everything extra had been removed.

"Y/n." He greeted as he stepped out of the staircase and walked over to the table.

"König." I greeted back. I shifted to face him. He stood against the table next to me.

"Everyone else is asleep. We cleaned everything up. I took lookout." He nodded. I gave a sigh as I began organizing my things into neat piles.

"Everything is so complicated." I vented to the poor german. I patted the papers down into a neat fashion before placing it down.

He looked at the table. "You going to tell Price?"

"In the morning. I can just tell that he's stressed. Everyone is." I gave a long sigh. He gave a small grunt as he crouched down next to me, pulling my legs to face him.

"König?" I gazed into his grey eyes.

His arms wrapping around my waist.

"Don't worry about it. This is what we signed up for." He tightened his hold as he lifted me up. I wrapped my arms around neck as he supported my legs.

I couldn't help but admire him. His eyes trailing all over my face as he took in every detail. His eyes were full of emotion.

My heart began to race in a calming way as he stood there.

"Every day with you seems like a new experience." I commented. My hands shifting back to his neck as I softly pushed up his mask. He watched me, allowing me to touch him.

His defined chin had a scar along it.

I pulled up the mask enough just to expose his mouth, a long scar along both lips.

Softly I moved my other hand to hold his face as I pulled him close. Our lips meeting into a soft kiss.

We both took in this moment, his soft breathing along with his warmth.

It felt like heaven.

I pulled away from him, opening my eyes to see his grey half lidded eyes giving me the same lovey dovey gaze.

"One more..?" He pleaded. He walked over to the bed, softly leaning me down on it. He lightly placed his weight on me as he towered over me.

"Since you asked." Holding up his mask he moved first this time. He felt more comfortable this time, keeping it longer and joyful.

He moved as if he was going to move back but he leaned in with more intent, causing a small make out.

His breath getting heavier as my chest began to hurt, feeling fuzzy in the head from how insane he made me.

We both pulled away for a heavy breath. He hesitantly grabbed his mask, pulling it off.

Making eye contact he seemed relieved.

I softly pushed him onto his back as I rolled over on top. He seemed taken aback as I sat up, running a hand through my hair.

He gazed up at me with his dazed eyes. Seeing his full expression he seemed to be pleading.

Leaning back down against him we locked lips again.

He felt amazing.

His hands found their ways to my thighs as he supported me. My breath hitching at his action.

His warm body against mine reminded me how cold my back was.

König kept being gentle but I could tell he wanted so much more. As if he was holding back.

Suddenly he slowed his pace, slipping his tongue into my mouth. It caught me by surprise but it wasn't bad. If anything it brought us closer together.

I placed my hand on his chest as we pulled apart. Both of us out of breath.

We both had to take in a second. Realizing who we were with.

"I-.. um.." König's face turned red. He softly sat up, taking me off himself as he stood up. "I should go.."

"Ok." My heart hurt. I didn't want him to leave. He quickly turned his back as he headed downstairs.

The room felt so empty without him. The deep realization began to sink in. What was I even doing?

I rolled over on the bed, pushing myself under the covers in my frustrating, uncomfortable jeans. A long sigh escaped my lungs as I rolled over, closing my eyes.

König POV

I can't believe we really did that. Heading downstairs I quietly snuck towards my bunk, climbing into it as I hugged the blanket.

My heart was racing, the fresh memory of her touch on my face, the slow kisses.

My head was fuzzy.

It also made me nervous. She would have to leave soon, she was the enemy. Most likely she would end up in a bunker somewhere hiding from Zakiel's and Xavier's men her whole life.

No. I can protect her.... Can I?

Yeah.. I'll keep her safe. I don't know if I can but I will try.

My eyes soon felt heavy. Full of drowse I rolled over, getting fully comfortable before falling asleep.

The morning sun burned through the windows. My eyes struggling to adjust to it.

Rolling onto my back a long inhale trapped my lungs as I stretched out all the stiffness of my arms and legs.

With one last hearty huff I got up, looking around to see where everyone else was. Gaz had vanished. Price was standing over a table he had set up for all of his plannings.

Ghost was sitting at one of the desks, cleaning out a gun while Soap was still resting peacefully.

"Captain." I greeted the man as I glanced down at his papers.

"König, good to see you." Price turned and looked at the taller male. "I need your help seeing how this layout would work."

"Oh?" My interest peeked.

Price scratched his beard. He shifted around a few papers to show a full map.

"This is a 12 story building, their main base. I had a friend get my hands on a few maps and this is the one we stumbled upon.

They received a cargo shipment around 2 weeks ago, we hope it to be a bomb supply. While in this building we also are going to find the flashdrive Y/n talked about. Get information on where the rest of the bombs are. Who knows, one of the 7 in your country could have detonated by now with how long we are taking."

My heart hurt at the thought.

"You specialized in German Special Forces as a good infiltrator. Meaning you broke in, breached etc." Price moved forward a map.

I glanced down at the sheet of paper, seeing where every doorway was positioned, same for windows.

"Ze elevators will be most guarded. Ze most easy approach would to rappel from ze roof. In most cases suppliers hide their finding in ze middle floors - 6 or 7." Glancing at the building layout I scanned over where the lobby and roof was. "Ze base floor will be most guarded, so would 5 and 8. We most likely would have to take up ze side of the building instead of the 2 most facing."

"You really know your stuff." Price complimented, making my heart warm as a secret smile snuck onto my face.

"Where did you get these maps?" I couldn't help but ask."

Price gave a small tch. "Y/n. She confessed to lying about bases. In return, she told the truth. I ran it by my friends in HQ and turns out the maps and floor plans she gave me are complete true."
