Y/n POV

I finished my shower, tossing on my new freshly cleaned clothes I headed to the bedroom. König was still asleep, holding onto one of the pillow while drooling all over the covers.

His silver dog tags adding detail to his bare chest.

Grabbing his clothes off the floor I neatly folded them before placing them at the end of the bed.

König's gentle snoring was so adorable. I'll let him sleep.

I hopped on my boots before stepping out of the hotel room. A few soldiers were standing in the hallways. Walking over they noticed my presence.

"Can we help you?" One greeted with a smile.

"Uh yeah actually. Where is Price?" I crossed my arms to the nippy hotel hallway.

He shifted to point down the hallway. "Room on the very end."

I nodded thanks to him as I passed by. Heading for the end of the hallway I grabbed onto the brass doorknob before twisting it. As I stepped in I noticed that this room had papers taped to the walls, a large radio and computer on the desk provided while the bed was shoved into the corner of the room.

Past the crowded room of techs, Price stood in the middle of a room with a grey haired woman, both of them analyzing a map on the wall. Price quickly took noticed of me. So did a tall black haired man and his grey clothed bestie.

"Y/n, great to see you. We need you to help us." He called me over with a wave of his hand.

He pointed at the board, showing a large map with photos and red string piecing everything together.

"What can you say about this?"

Glancing at the board I noticed that there was profiles. One was a picture of Xavier, another Zakiel with my picture close next to it. At the top of the board was a picture of Valeria. Three blue strings pieced off Zakiel, one to Xavier, one to a picture of an Austrian flag, one to Louisiana and another to Arizona.

There was one green string breaking from Valeria, to the Netherlands.

Valeria had a white string leading to her from a large question mark.

"Seems about right." I confirmed. The grey haired woman looked up at the board before over at me.

"You. You need to tell us who you shipped these to." She said. Price glanced at her.

I uncrossed my arms as I looked over at her. "I don't know, we're carriers not filers. I already showed Price where to find what you need." I looked up at the board.

Turning back to Price I looked him in the eyes. "Let me make you a deal."

The tall man quirked an eyebrow.

Looking up at him I held my head up high. "I will help you with finding Xavier and finding your information, but after that I'm leaving."

"How about, you find us our provider, Xavier, and help secure the bombs." He was good at bargaining.

"I'll only help with securing Xavier and the bombs. You already have the provider planned." I held out my hand to him. He thought it over for a second before shaking my hand.

Looking over the man in black, Alejandro I think his name was. He was staring me dead in the eyes while his friend Rudy gave him concerned glances.

The black dressed man stepped forward, his hands on the rounds of his vest.

"I dont trust my men to work beside you." He said in a calm but low tone. He gave a small chuckle before looking at Laswell and Price. "Do you really expect us to trust her?"

He was met with a serious silence. Laswell stepped forward, looking at the angry latino. "She knows what to do here, she is our source of info and we need her out there."

Alejandro pursed his lips for a few seconds before looking away with a pissed but calm tone expression. Acceptance.

"There will be two teams. One will be lead by Alejandro, consisting of Los Varqueros, Y/n and Gaz. The second team will be lead by Lt Ghost, with König, our special forces and MacTavish. Team 1 will be working their way up the warehouse from the ground floor while team 2 repels down, putting them into a pinch." Price began announcing the plan. "The goal is documents, meaning the whole floor will have to be swept, kill charges have been approved. Once everyone is taken down, Y/n will find the documents and rappel up where one of our planes will pick you up."

This held up. I have a strong memory of what it looked like. It's nice to finally have some trust back seeing as how they are giving me some lee way with this mission.

"We leave at 9."

Once everyone had nodded in agreement Price appointed someone to get the gear ready. Taking my leave I walked out of the room after a few others before heading back to my room.

Once I reached the door I softly knocked before coming into the room. König was sitting on the bed, putting his boot on. Fully dressed.

Looking up at me with his moody grey eyes they seemed brighter than usual.

"Where?" He asked softly as he managed to get his boot on, beginning to tie it before slipping velcro over the laces.

"Talking to Price, we have a mission at 9." I walked over and laid across the bed. "He will probably announce it once we have everyone."

A large shift was felt as I felt warmth next to me and the slight dip of the bed.

"It's alright." He comforted as he softly rubbed my shoulder.

We sat into a silence. Not a comfortable one but a weird one. Like he wanted to say something and didn't know how to say it.

"About last ni-"

Knock Knock

"Hey Y/n, can I come in?" The familiar voice of Gaz was heard across the door. König and I both shot up.

"Y-Yeah!"

He was not supposed to be here.

König shot up to stand up instead of on the bed with me. Gaz opened the door and stepped in, closing the door softly behind him.

"Have a moment?" He asked, taking notice of König.

"Sure." I stood up to face him.

He gave a small hesitant glance to König before looking back at me. "Is everything alright with Alejandro? I don't want him giving you a hard time."

"Yeah, he leads the squad Im with so he has to deal with me." I found eye contact with Gaz.

"Good. If you need anything for this next mission I'm right next door." He turned to König. "Where were you mate?"

If I didn't know better I would think that König was bright red under that mask.

"Keeping watch." He answered. "The Los Va- Voqu.. Vaqueros let me hang out with them for a while." König struggled to pronounce it.

Smooth.

Gaz nodded as he headed for the door, leaving.
