Chapter 1

Ella's Pov
I wake up to my brother Skate yelling at me to get up. I just moved in with him because my parents were tired of me messing up in school and smoking weed in the house. So today is my first day attending Los Angeles High School. My parents live in a city 30 minutes away but i find no point of them sending me with Skate.
"Get up you're gonna be late on your first day and not only that you're gonna make me late"he said jumping on my bed
"I'm up alright now get off my bed"I said throwing a pillow at him
"Now little sister you dont wanna start your morning like that do you"he said getting a pillow. I ran downstairs trying to hide but he found me and we started our morning with a pillow fight. I got dressed and we were on our way to school. Apparently Skate just dropped me off at the office and he made his way to class which surprised me because the Skate i remember wouldn't go to class. I get my schedule and it consist of
1 Period-Algebra 2
2 Period-AP English
3 Period-Medical Spanish
4 Period-Medical Chemistry
5 Period-Medical Health
Im on my way to 1 period when i bump into something hard that almost knocked me to ground
"What the hell get out of the way would you"I said upset
"You're the one who bumped into to me princess"a voice said
"I dont have time to argue with who bumped into who now if you'll excuse me I have a place to be"I said walking away but a strong arm wrapped around my waist spinning around face to face to the one I bumped into
"Now Princess you dont want to leave without saying goodbye do you"he said
"If that's the case then goodbye"I said untangling myself from his grip
"I'm Sammy but they call me Sam by the way"he said
"Well I could care less what your name is"I said walking away
"Uh i think you'll need this in order to find your class Ella"he said looking up from my schedule and handing it me
"Thank you now bye"I said

I made a friend her name is Yoselyn she's has short brown hair and got sent with her brother for the same reasons as me. We're on our way to lunch when Sam comes running up to Yoselyn. Shocker
"Hey little sis I wont be able to take you home sorry"he said not knowing that I'm standing right next to him
"Whatever Sam everyday is the same thing"Yoselyn said upset walking away. I felt bad for Yoselyn so I asked Skate if we could give her a ride home of course he said he would.

Me and Yoselyn are waiting for my brother who still hasn't gotten out of the school building. 30 minutes later i see him pull up with Sam.
"What the heck is he doing with you"I said with shock
"Well hey to you to little sis"Skate said
"Woah hold on she's your sister"Sam and Yoselyn said in sync
"Uh yeah she is, is there a problem with that"Skate said
"Nahh it's cool"Sam said not keeping his gaze from me
"Now Ella listen to me Im not gonna get home until later on and dont question the time"Skate said sternly
"Do you mind telling me where you gonna go"I said looking at him
"Don't you dare talk to me like that missy im not mom and dad"he said pulling up the drive way
"What ever"I said rolling my eyes walking out the car
"Ella dont you dare walk away from me"Skate said upset
"Just because you're the oldest doesnt mean you get to boss me around"I said letting Yoselyn in the house
"Yes it does besides its my house so you're living under my rules"he said slamming the front door
"Bye Skate"I said closing my bedroom door once Yoselyn walked in. Hopefully Skate forgets about what happened because if he doesn't I'm in big trouble once he gets home
