Kingdom of Spain and The Colony Philippines

"We will conquere this land! We may have lost the first time, but not this time as well!" I yelled to my fellow spaniards and in return they gave a satisfying yell.

The expedition of Ferdinand Magellan lead to the discovery of the Philippines in March 16, 1521. Unfortunately, he didn't return to Spain from the Battle of Mactan, only his companions were able to go back. And now they're going back to claim the land. Year 1565.

Orders from our boss, we leave Mexico with soldiers in big ships. Now finally, we will take this land.

In this new place, it's really hot. I hope tomatoes grow here. It would be paradise!

We stopped the big ships near the shore and set out in little boats. The first thing I did after landing is to look for any plants of tomatoes. Sadly, there is no tomatoes to be found.

"Well, this is disappointing." I sighed tiredly." And it's hot in here."

I heard the sound of leaves moving and I immediately unsheathed my cutlass as I turn around. I was unable to move because of a girl pointing a sharp spear at my neck so closely.

She's probably not less than ten! She wears fabric clothes colored red that covers atleast her chest area and waist to knees. She has a red headband as well that shows the same ethnic design as her clothes. She has a black, white and brown feather tucked underneath her headband.

"Who are you? And what are you doing in my land?" She has a fierce look in her eyes.

I'm in trouble here, aren't I?

I took a deep breath and answered. "I'm Spain, and I would like to take in this new land."

"Huh, from your clothes... you look no different from the people who came here decades ago. Pirates." She glares at me.

Decades ago? She looks only no less than ten and she said decades ago? Then... a nation!

"Go back to where you came from and never come back." She puts the head of the spear closer to my neck.

I managed to escape, but it was a short freedom. I stumbled upon a root of a tree and fell to the ground. I held my head, ow... my whole body hurts...

"Running is futile!" She was about to pierce me but I grabbed the nearest thing to me and closed my eyes, using it as a shield.

Few seconds later, nothing came. And so, I opened my eyes.

She just looks at me, shaking and flustered. "Y-you're the lowest of the lowest! How dare you use a mangga (mango) as a shield?!" She yelled.

Mangga? I looked at the soft thing I'm holding up. It's a yellow fruit. "Mango?" I sweatdropped. Does she mean mango?

She just continues to stand, shaking. I smiled. "Mango!" I started running towards her with the mango in hand.

"Noooo!" She yells and continues to run around while I chased her. Ahahaha! Cute!

"Mangga..." she stares at the mango in my hand. I now have her cornered. Is she scared of mangoes? I wonder why though?

"Surrender or I'll make you eat this mango." I only want her to put her weapon down. It's dangerous for a kid to hold a weapon.

She then looked confused. Huh? Now I'm confused.

"Give me the mangga." She growls. Huh? She's not scared of it? Then what?

"I said give it to me." She glares at me.
