Corporal Sidney Nguyen is a telecommunications specialist, and a member of the Australian contingent of Platinum 5. He handles communications for the coalition and is stationed in the northern checkpoint near Sochraina City.

Captain Nathaniel Graham is an American Delta Force special reconnaissance specialist and a member of Platinum 5. His mission involves gathering critical weather data for operational use and he is stationed in the southern part of Sochraina near the waters just next to his Delta Force operators and a few British forces, he also sarcastically calls himself a "Tactical Weatherman".

Major Thomas Quill is a member of the British contingent of Platinum 5. He oversees logistical operations in Sochraina City, distributing supplies to both civilians and military personnel. He is stationed south of the city just below where Cpt Graham is stationed.

Sergeant Leo Fedorov is a civil affairs specialist of the Russian Ground Forces of Sochrainia City, and his unit aims to establish healthy relations with the citizens of Ronograd. He is stationed in the city center and works closely with Major Quill to distribute supplies to the civilian population.

Isabel Severov is a Ronograd citizen who owns an inn in Sochraina City. She appears to be in charge of distributing supplies amongst both civilians and soldiers alike and as such she works closely with both Sgt Fedorov and Major Quill.
