The night before. James and Connors.
James walked down the lab room.
"Connor...... are..... ummm....... we going too?"
Connors looked at him with a terrified look. All that ran through his head was why they were doing this.
"James..... Lets go."
They both jumped out of the cave and fell into the pool at different times. Connor hit the water first and went under. James landed right above him and his foot hit Connors right in the dome. They both swam to the top of the water and Connor broke the surface rubbing his head.
"Danm James!" he keeps rubbing his head " that could not have hurt anymore"
"Calm down little girl. Your fine."
Connor looked at the cliff side and looked at the cave.
"How high do you think that was?"
"125? 150?"
They measured the height of the jump in their heads. Connor touched a spot in his head and saw blood.
"Danm it James"
They got out and and James tossed him a medi-pak. Connor scans the cut with the scanner in the medi-pak.
"4 centimeters deep. 1 centimeters wide. Apply some green sterilizer and red sterilizer right after" it said in a robotic voice.
"Holy shit James! What kind of foot is that?!"
He examines his foot.
"Umm..... a regular foot?????"
They walked out of the earth simulator to find some men staring at them on the other side of the door.
