Brooklyn's Red Carpet ep. 10- "I Got Nothing"

Chapter 1

At the Red Carpet Hotel, Nigel and Patrick were finishing their latest performance before Patrick spoke into a microphone.

"Thank you very much. It's good to be here as always. And as you may have heard, the hotel's manager Benny DeFranko is hosting a talent show in this very lounge in a couple of days" said Patrick.

"And Patrick and I are competing in it!" Nigel finished.

The crowd went wild with excitement.

Nigel then went to take a ginger ale break.

Paris, the bartender, had already filled a glass for him.

"I figured you'd want some, Nigel" she said.

"Oh, thank you, Paris" said Nigel accepting the glass of ginger ale.

"Is Patrick gonna join us?" said Paris.

"Here I am, Paris" said Patrick taking a seat himself.

"I can't wait to see you guys in the talent show. I bet you have your act wired" said Paris.

"Well, we're trying" said Patrick.

Just then, Burt Ward came into the lounge and had a seat at the bar.

"Well! Nigel and Patrick!" he said.

"Burt Ward. How nice to see you" said Nigel.

"Hi-ya, Burt!" Paris squealed.

"Hi, Paris. You got a drink for me?" said Burt.

"I've been saving all my non-alcoholic drinks for you. Except the ginger ale; Nigel loves that" said Paris.

She gave Burt a glass of orange juice and he accepted it.

"Burt, did you hear about the talent show?" said Patrick.

"I sure did. Are you guys in it?" said Burt.

"We certainly are" said Nigel.

"Are you gonna do it, Burt?" said Paris.

"Oh heck no" said Burt.

"Why not? Talent shows are typically just singing and dancing" said Patrick.

"Exactly. I can't sing or dance. Besides, I might win anyway because I'm famous" said Burt.

"Oh yeah. Fair point" said Paris. "Hey! Maybe I could compete!"

"Oh, you definitely should. It's loads of fun" said Patrick.

"But I've never really thought about my talents before" said Paris.

"Oh, it's okay, Paris; you'll find them" said Nigel.

"Gee. This is my first talent show! It's so exciting... I just need to make sure I'm talented" said Paris.
