Which, he did, but instead of leaving things like that, he decided to ask a question, one of which no one would have guessed
"It's a pleasure to meet you. However, I've never heard of you around these places" Albedo said while walking closer, still holding her hand
"I'm a visitor from afar, it's not common for us to travel, but I've done an exception just this one time" She took one step back, trying to pry his hand off hers, but instead he tightened the grip ever so slightly
"I see, that's very interesting, I'd like to know where you come from, but i think it's not the time, at least not yet" He said eyeing the two girls behind him, as they were chatting happily and enjoying the party
"Understood, I also agree with that. I have some unfinished business" Y/n was finally able to pry her hand off his and without a second thought, she started walking away as fast as she could
"Wait"
The h/c haired girl halted her steps and slowly turned around
"Have you... Never mind, excuse me" Albedo sighed and bowed before turning around to watch over the two females

"Albedo, are you coming?" Suki asked him, but he simply couldn't shake the feeling of uneasiness that lingered at the back of his head
"No, thank you, but i think someone else wants to come"
Albedo smiled as he watched Klee jump happily, she can't stay in one place for long unless someone wanted to see a show of fireworks

Klee ran towards Suki but stopped, which left Albedo confused on her change of demeanor. She ran back and motioned him to get closer, so he did
"Can you please keep your promise?" She said softly
"Klee... Why don't we talk about this later?" Albedo ruffled her hair
"I miss her, i miss her hugs, i miss her yummy food, i miss Ms. Dragon" Klee whispered
"We will find her, don't worry, I... I promise, now go and play" She smiled and nodded
Albedo couldn't help but feel something strange. He maybe shouldn't have done that...

Anyone pulled for Baizhu (bombastic side eye). Honestly, I love him sm and I haven't been able to find a lot of fanfics abt him (at least complete ones), so... I might do one abt him and postpone the scara one (gurl there are like 1000+ from scara), but it'll be a draft until I have at least 10 chaps done so y'all can read freely!
