"Scor!"

"Sense the air for any Pokémon, 'kay Espeon?" I bend down to pat Espeon's head, then stand back up.

"Esp."

"Pi? Pika? Pika!"

"What's going on, Pikachu?" Ash asks. "Come on!"

"Right!" Goh and I say, chasing after Pikachu, who has taken off. He stops at a bush and we all peer from behind it.

"Pi?"

"Ny?"

"Esp?"

"Hmm?"

"Huh?"

"Uh.."

"Eh?" I finish off. We look up the tree. "A...Pidgey?"

Goh quickly jumps out of the bush and into the open, holding out a Pokéball. "All right! I'll catch it! Pokéball, go!"

"Not- not right away!" Ash says.

"Don't rush the process!" I whisper-shout.

And...Goh ends up missing, hitting the branch. He gasps as Pidgey turns around with a sharp eye.

It flys up and flaps it's wings at us, using Gust, and shoots us farther away.

"Espeon, quick! Psychic!" I shout.

Espeon lands and uses Psychic to safely get us to the ground. "Espeon!"

"That was close.." Goh sighs. "Why'd it have to use Gust?"

"You gotta be more careful, Goh. If it doesn't wanna be caught, it'll fight back." Ash explains.

"Scorbunny, let's go find our next Pokémon.." Goh looks downward.

"Scor!" Scorbunny exclaims. "Ny? Bun!"

We all look where Scorbunny was looking towards.

"It's a Pidgeotto!" Goh realizes.

Scorbunny jumps and runs off. "BUN!"

The three of us gasp, startled, before running after the bunny Pokémon.

"Wait up, Scorbunny!" Goh shouts.

"Scor, Scor, Scor, Scor, Scor, Scor, Scor, Scor, Scor, Scor!"

I pant with breath, chasing after Scorbunny with the others.

"Pidgeo!" The Pidgeotto looks at us and screeches before flying away.

"Scor, Scor, Scor, Scor, Scor, Scor, Scor! Bun..." Scorbunny stops, whining, as we lose sight of the Pidgeotto.

Goh leans down to Scorbunny. "Scorbunny, you've got good ears, don't you?"

"Scorbun.." His ears were slightly down.

"But, if you make a big scene, the Pokémon will run away, all right?" Goh rubs Scorbunny's head. "So, no matter what, we've gotta stay calm."

Scorbunny coos and waves his arms around. "Scor!"

"Pika, Pika?"

"Diglett!" A Diglett pops up from the ground.

"It's Diglett!" Ash exclaims.

"This is my chance!" Goh holds up a Pokéball.

"Scor....!" Scorbunny jumps towards Diglett.

"Diglett!" The Diglett pops back underground.

"Scorbunny, what did I just tell you!?" Goh scolds lightly.

"Like Trainer, like Pokémon.." I mutter, thinking back to the Pidgey moment.
