She hesitated for the longest time before she lifted her head up and looked at me.
My heart broke at her puffy red eyes and the mascara smeared on her cheeks.
The tears were filling her eyes as she looked at me and she blinked firmly, causing the tears to fall on her cheeks.
I reached my hand up quickly and wiped them gently.
Unfortunately, more would fall and my attempt made no use.
She opened her eyes again and that made me pause and pull my hand away as she stared at me.
It honestly broke my heart as I could see how exhausted she was.
"I want to go home." She whispered and I almost didn't hear it.
"And I'm took drunk to drive." She added and cried with more tears falling.
I watched her cover her face with the palms of her hands as she sobbed and I turned to look around, not knowing what to do.
"Is Courtney the friend that's drunk in the bathroom?" I questioned.
She nodded her head, ugly crying as she sniffed and wiped her nose with dress.
Okay, I need to get her some tissues.
And I need to tell Faith about her girlfriend that's passed out in bathroom before dealing with this girl over her.
"I'll go for a minute, okay? I'll be right back, just stay here." I spoke, watching her for a response which she didn't give me any.
I took my chances and walked back inside quickly trying to get my tasks done.
I found Faith and told her what happened. She grew increasingly concerned at the idea of both girls being so drunk, that she rushed past me to see her girlfriend.
We found Courtney in the bathroom, giggling and talking to herself. How much did these two drink?
"I'll take care of Aurora and take her home. Do you want to deal with her?" I asked my sister who nodded her head without a hesitation.
"Don't worry about it. What do you want me to tell Maya?" She asked and I thought for a moment before replying.
"Tell her truth. And please, take her home as well because I don't know if I'll drop back here again." After coming up with these plans, I walked away and grabbed a random box of tissues before rushing outside.
Aurora was still sitting there, resting her head in her hands and I sat down next to her.
"There." I lifted the box in front of her face for her to see it and she pulled a couple of tissues out, blowing her nose.
"Better?" I asked and she nodded her head before turning to look at me.
"You have such an angelic face." She lifted her hand and tried to place it on my face but she clumsily missed and it layed on my boob.
"Boobies!" Aurora squealed, an exciting smile on her face as I took her hand off my chest.
Yep, she was super drunk.
"Let's take you home, come on." I stood up and tried to pull her up but she wouldn't budge.
"Come on, Aurora. You said you wanted to go home, so I'm going to take you there." I tried to pull her up again but she would pull at my hands instead.
It felt like a tug war where she would not stand up.
"I don't want to go home." She spoke and I looked at her confused because that was literally one of the main reasons that made her cry.
