Jungkook pov

I looked at y/n in disbelief and at her plate.
She barelt at anything.
I sighed and put my plate in kitchen.

Suddenly my phone ringed call from zara.
I don't want to talk rn but still i picked up the phone.

Zara: how is it? Did she tell something to your parents.

Jk: ..no she didn't..

Zara: it's good.
I heard her sigh from another side.

Jk: yeah.

Zara: be careful.

Jk: yeah i know.

Zara: bye i love you.

Jk: i...l_love you too bye.

I cut the call and sighed.
I don't know what but i don't feel same as i used to feel for her.

I walked to our room and i opened our room door.
The doom was dark only a little light moon light was coming from the window.
I see y/n sleeping on the couch.
Why she is sleeping couch?

I got close to her and bend down to her level.
She was sleeping peacefully.
Suddenly i see some dry tear strains on her face.
A wave of guilty hit me.

Jk: i am sorry.

I wiped the tear strains and made my way to the bed.
I lay down on my side and looked at her sleeping on couch.

What is i am doing i don't know anymore.
I love zara she is my girlfriend and y/n she is my wife but i don't love her.
So why i feel guilt.

I was staring at her but i didn't realise when i drifted to dreamland.

Next morning....

Jungkook woke up without any one beside him.
He was used to Y/n sleeping beside him.

He immediately closed his eyes again when he heard the sound of bathroom door opening.
Y/n came out after taking shower.

She dried her hair and looked at jungkook.
He feel her looking at him but he didn't open his eyes.

She sighed and walked out of the room.
Jungkook opened his eyes again and looked around.
He got up and sat down straight on the bed.

Jk: she didn't woke me up and nor she kissed my forehead.

Jk: but why i am thinking all this? This doesn't matter to me.

Jungkook convinced himself but deep down he was anxious about all this happening.

Y/n was preparing breakfast for everyone when Mrs jeon came in.

Mrs jeon: ohh y/n you are already up?

Y/n: good morning mom.

Mrs jeon: good morning... Where is jungkook?

Y/n: ...umm sleeping.

Mrs jeon: still sleeping.

Mrs jeon helped making breakfast and after they were done.

Mrs jeon: i will call your dad you go call jungkook for breakfast.

Y/n: huh?

Mrs jeon: yeah.

She said and left leaving y/n.
Y/n took deep breath.

Y/n: i just have to call him for breakfast that's it.

She said and walked upstairs to their room.
She knocked but no response so she walked in and find no one.
Thats when bathroom door opened and jungkook came out with just towel wrapped around him.

Y/n looked at him and frozed at her spot.
Jungkook was staring at her staring at him.

Jungkook: w_hen did you?

Y/n was all red but she coughed and looked away.

Y/n: mom is calling for you breakfast come down.

She said and left.
Jungkook was dumbfound there.

Y/n came outside and took deep breath.
She hold her cheeks which were red.

Y/n: get your grip y/n you can't fall for him more. Its gonna break my heart. I need to stay away from him.

After sometime.....

It was their day off so they were at home.
Everyone was sitting in living room.
Y/n was talking with Mrs jeon and jungkook was talking with mr jeon.

Suddenly jungkook phone ranged and it was from work so he excused himself and walked from there to take the call.

After sometime he came back.

Jungkook: mom dad looks like i have to go to states tomorrow.

Dad: why?

Jungkook: the project we were working on in states had some problems and i need go there and check it.

Mom: but why do you need to go there? Is there something serious.

Jungkook: no mom it's not that serious but i need to go and check all the work and progress.

Dad: so when will you be going?

Jungkook: tomorrow.

Mom: huh? For how long?

Jungkook: may be for a week.

Mom: huh? For this long wont y/n be alone.

Everyone looked at y/n who was quite this whole time.

Y/n: huh? I.....will be fine.

Mom: you will be alone here you will miss jungkook.
Jungkook looked at her with curiosity.

Y/n: no no its fine.

Mom: well what about you go with him and you both cam spend some time alone.

Y/n smiled awkwardly.

Y/n: mom there is no need beside jungkook is going there for work i will be just.....in his.....way.

Y/n looked down at her lap and jungkook felt a pang in his heart hearing her.

Mom: you are already sad.

Y/n immediately looked at her and shook her head.

Y/n: no i am not sad mom.

Mom: no need to lie y/n you are going with him that's it.
On your honeymoon you had to come back early but you can go now.

Y/n: no we...

Mom: you are going.

Dad: yes y/n it's good idea isn't it jungkook.

Jungkook: y_yeah..

Y/n sighed and nodded.

Y/n: okay.
