Bert's plan

When they arrived, Sarah gave the teenage witch a cheerleading outfit and lead her to the changing rooms. Then Lilly quickly got changed and went back into the P.E hall. Then Sarah gave her a pair of pom poms and soon the cheerleaders began to practice. In the playground, Rhys and Daniel were sitting on a bench, chatting away. "I wonder where that rat came from" Rhys said. "Oh I think I know" Daniel replied, "I think Lilly used her wand to make a rat appear in the school and it got rid of that no good bastard." "Yeah, she really saved our bacon in there" Rhys said. Meanwhile, the father and son duo had just lost the police and were now hiding in a forest. "Damn it!" Bert yelled in anger, "we nearly had her. Well at least I have a plan B. We'll steal a helicopter today and kidnap her tomorrow evening." "No dad" Alex said to his father, "I've had enough of this. I'm out. What you're doing is wrong." "What did you just say?!" Bert asked his son. "Are you death?! I said I quit!" Alex snapped, "when you were asleep, I spied on her and from a bush and saw how happy she was. She has a wonderful family, a kind boyfriend and you want to take that away from her!" "I don't just want her!" Bert yelled, "I want her parents too. I was planning to get them after I kidnapped their daughter" "If you want them, you'll have to fight me first bitch!" Alex yelled, standing his ground. Then Alex punched his father right in the face. "Oh it's on" Bert said with a smirk on face and soon he kicked his son right in the balls. Alex fell down into the grass. "Now, I have a helicopter to steal." Bert said, "goodbye son, you won't be missed" Bert got into his car and drove away from the forest, leaving his son all by himself. "I have to warn them" Alex said. Then Alex got up and ran out of the forest and towards the school. Meanwhile, Amy had just finished reading her book and was just about to grab a snack from the kitchen when her mother walked in. "Hello sweetie" She said as she handed her daughter a notebook and a bottle of Sprite. "Thank you mum" Amy said. "You're welcome" her mother replied. Then Amy's mother left the room. At Planet's Secondary School, the cheerleaders had just finished practicing. "Alright girls, you did great today. I think we're ready for the big game" Sarah said. Then Lilly quickly went into the changing rooms, got changed back into her school uniform while Emma put her coat on. When they were ready, the two friends went outside. When they arrived, they sat down beside each other on the bench next to Rhys and Daniel. "Guys, someone is running towards the playground" Rhys said, pointing to someone at the top of the hill. It was Alex and he had just gotten up and was now running towards Emma. "Oh crap" the teenage vampire said in realisation,"Emma" he said as he ran into the playground panting, "my father is going to try kidnapping you and your parents tomorrow." "What?!" Lilly asked in confusion. Then Rhys sighed and told the teenage witch about Bert and how he wanted to kill her and her parents. "Oh" she replied. "Well that asshole isn't killing anyone because I've had enough of his SCP bullshit! I won't just fight to protect my girlfriend's life I'll fight to protect her family's too and if he wants them, that son of a bitch will have to fight me first!" Rhys said as he stood on the bench in an epic pose, "who's with me?" "We are!"Daniel, Lilly and Alex said at the same time. "I'll call Amy" Daniel said. Amy was just doing some sketches when she heard her phone ringing. She put her pen down, picked up the phone and answered the call. "Amy we need your help tomorrow" Daniel said, "Bert is trying to kidnap and kill Emma and her parents, are you in?" "Fuck yeah!" Amy replied. "Okay" her boyfriend said, "meet me, Rhys, Emma, Lilly and Alex at my house tonight." "Who are Lilly and Alex" Amy asked. "Lilly is an old friend of Emma and she's a witch while Alex is Bert's son" Daniel replied. "Okay bye" Amy said as she hung up. "She's in" Daniel said. Daniel wrote down his address on a piece of paper and handed it to Alex. "Meet us here" he said to Alex. "Okay" he replied, "see ya tonight." Then he left the school. Emma smiled. "That speech you made was great Rhys" she said. "Thank you" Rhys replied. Then Emma kissed her boyfriend on the cheek. Soon, it was time to go in. Emma, Rhys, Lilly, Daniel and their classmates walked into the school building and towards their classroom. When they arrived they saw Mrs Brown waiting for them at Mrs Rose's desk. "Good afternoon class" she said, "today, we'll be doing some things in our science booklets." Then Mrs Brown lead everyone to the science room. When they arrived, everyone sat down. Rhys sat next to Emma while Daniel sat next to Lilly. "Emma?" Rhys whispered, "I think we might need Sally and David's help for this." "But if they find out I'm a vampire they might lead that monster to me" Emma replied. "Don't worry" Rhys said, "plus you haven't drunk their blood, they'll know your not one of those vampires who pretends to be someone's friend so they can just drink your blood system dry" Emma blushed. "Thank you Rhys" she said, "you're one of the kindest boys I've ever met." Soon, Mrs Brown gave everyone a science booklet each. Then everyone began to do the work they were assigned. Well almost everyone. Rhys was too busy thinking of a plan on how him, Amy, Lilly, Daniel and Alex were going to stop Bert. "Rhys" the teacher said, "is everything okay?" "Huh, what?" Rhys replied snapping out of his thoughts. "oh yeah I'm fine." As soon as everyone had finished their work Rhys spoke to Sally and David. He told them Emma was a vampire and everything about Bert."well, looks like we'll have to save our date for another night" David said. "Yeah" Sally replied, "but protecting Emma from that psycho is more important than that." "We'll be sleeping over at Daniel's house so we can discuss the plan" Rhys said. Then everyone in year twelve S grabbed their coats and school bags and their way towards their buses. When Emma arrived home, she told her parents she would be staying at Daniel's house for a sleepover. Then she went up to her room and packed her suitcase with PJ's, her toothbrush and a fresh set of clothes, her notebook and the sketches she made for her fantasy. Meanwhile downstairs, Emma's mother was cooking some chicken nuggets and chips for dinner. "Smells delicious honey" Her husband said. "Thank you" she replied. When it was ready, Emma's mother went into her daughter's room and told her dinner was ready. Then the mother and daughter duo went downstairs. Soon Emma's mother put the food onto some plates, grabbed three sets of forks and knives and she and Emma brought them over to the table. As soon as everything was ready, the mother and daughter duo sat down. When Emma had finished her dinner, She let her stomach settle. a couple of hours later, she was in her room when she heard someone knocking on the front door. She went downstairs and opened the door to see Rhys waiting for her with a his suitcase. "Are you ready?" he asked his girlfriend. "Yeah" The teenage vampire replied, "I just need to grab my suitcase from my room." Then Emma went into her room grabbed her suitcase, went downstairs and left the house. Then Emma noticed Rhys looked a little bit worried. "Is everything okay, My knight in shining armour?" She asked. Then tears began to drip down Rhys' eyes. "I'm scared" he replied, "what if I loose you?" Then Emma put her hand underneath her boyfriend chin. "Don't worry" she said, "everything will be okay. I was scared when I found out Bert came back so he could kill me and my parents until you made your speech. You're one of the most bravest and handsomest human I know Rhys and I know you won't let me down." Then Emma let go of Rhys' chin, placed her suitcase onto the ground, grabbed onto her boyfriend's arms, pulled him towards her and kissed him on the lips. Rhys began to blush. Soon, the two lovebirds arrived at Daniel's house. Rhys knocked on the door. Then the door opened and then they saw Daniel standing in front of them. "Come in you two" he said, "everyone's already here." Then the two lovebirds went into the house. Soon, they were lead into the living room. Then they saw everyone was waiting for them. "Hello everyone" Rhys and Emma said. Then they sat down on the sofa, along with Daniel. "Right, if we're going to fight Bert, we'll have to go to a place that isn't too busy." Rhys said. "How about that place in City Centre where the library is?" Amy asked, "I'm sure it won't be as busy as it usually is tomorrow." "Thank you Amy" Rhys said, 'that will be the place where we take that monster down. But don't bring guns Mr Bert's son." "Sorry" the boy said, "I forgot to tell you my name. I'm Alex." "It's nice to meet you" Rhys replied. "And why do you not want him to bring guns?" Daniel asked. "Well, I have of a fear of guns." "Okay" Alex replied. Then Emma's notebook fell out of her suitcase. "What's this?" Rhys asked as he picked up his girlfriend's notebook. Emma blushed. "I-it's a fantasy story I'm working on" The teenage vampire replied. "Mind if I read it?" Rhys asked. "Sure" Emma said. Then Rhys began to read his girlfriend's fantasy book. When he had finished reading, he spoke to Emma. "This is amazing" he said. "Really?" Emma asked. "Yeah" Rhys replied, "and I figured out that the knight who came to the princess' rescue was me." Emma smiled and hugged her boyfriend. Soon, it was nine o'clock. Everyone went into the bathroom one at a time to get changed into their PJ's while Daniel's mother pumped up some air beds in the living room for Emma, Rhys, Lilly, Sally, David and Alex. Emma was the last one to get changed. When she was ready, she saw Daniel's mother walking towards her. Emma quickly hid her fangs just as she arrived. "I hope you enjoy your sleep" she said. Then Emma went downstairs, let her fangs pop out, went into the living room again, got into one of the air beds and tucked herself in. Daniel and Amy said good night to their friends, turned off the lights, shut the door and went upstairs. Then Emma, Rhys, Lilly, Sally David and Alex closed their eyes. At 4 O'clock (in the morning), Rhys got up. "I don't want them getting hurt" he whispered to himself, "so I'll stop Bert myself." Then he got up grabbed his clothes and toothbrush, brushed his teeth and got changed in the bathroom upstairs. And last but not least he grabbed a pen and a piece of paper, wrote a note, folded it up, went back into the living room, placed it on top of sofa, went into the kitchen, grabbed a spare key off the kitchen counter, put his coat on, left the house and walked towards a bus stop to catch a bus that went into City Centre. Meanwhile, Bert had failed to steal a helicopter and was now at Caffe Nero, enjoying a cup of coffee. "Those damn cops chase me like I'm their fucking prey" he said in an annoyed tone. Then he saw Rhys walking towards him with a very angry look on his face. Bert spat the coffee he had just sipped into his mouth in shock. "Hello" Rhys said, "I'm here to take you down you son of a bitch!"
