I am finally 16!! I woke up early in the morning to prepare for my upcoming debutante... Father says it will be big and many high-ranked nobles from around the world will come and join... I was practicing dancing these past few weeks, I don't want to embarrass Dad... My dance instructor even praised me for my dancing skills and even said that I got my talent from my Mom

Speaking of Mom, she still hasn't been found yet... I'm starting to lose hope... good thing that Jennette is always here to cheer me up

"Princess, your warm bath is ready!" Lily said as she helped me untie my hair

"Oh, for your information, Hannah is fixing your clothes and Ces is getting supplies of your chocolate since it was all gone this morning" Lily said

'The chocolate thief is back!!' I thought as I pouted

Lily smiled "It's just some chocolate princess... who knows, maybe the one who took them was very hungry... it's okay to share"

'Great... after all these years... the choco thief is back..'

As I finished showering, I saw Hannah taking out the most gorgeous dress, similar to the ones Mom used to wear

"His Highness told me that you wear this Princess..." Hannah told me with a smile

'I would definitely wear it!! So pretty!!'

Lily then helped me with wearing it

"You're already 16 my beloved... It just seems like yesterday when I first carried you in my arms" Lily started to tear up

"W-why are you crying Lily?!" I asked as I wiped the tears from Lily's face

"Princess, I know that you've been celebrating your birthdays without your mother but, always remember that I am here to be your 2nd mother" Lily said and her deep-blue ocean eyes were more beautiful than ever

'Lily is right, she had become my mother figure ever since the day I was born... She's still by my side even though Mom had disappeared' I thought as my tears slowly fell down

"Thank you Lily!" I hugged her

Ces came inside the room    "Princess! Your father is here to escort you! He's now waiting outside"

"Lily, will I see you later at my debutante?"

"I won't miss your every single birthday..." Lily said with a smile

Athanasia went outside to meet her Father... It was a beautiful day in Obelia but, Athanasia seemed a bit gloomy because of the thought of if her mother were here, everything will be happier

Claude noticed her gloominess... You guys may think that Claude is cold-hearted, but, he was actually considerate to the people he loved, especially her daughter

"Happy 16th birthday Athanasia" Claude said

"Thanks dad" Athanasia replied forcing a smile

Claude then helped Athanasia get inside their carriage

As soon as they got inside, Claude spoke    "You don't need to force yourself on me, tell me what's wrong"

Athanasia doesn't want to ruin the happy day so, she lied    "I'm just a little nervous about my debutante"
