"Knock yourself out." Sam says.

"Whoa. Casa Erotica 13 on demand." Dean says and Sam scoffs. "Might needa kick the little ones out for a little while."

"Dean." Sam rolls his eyes.

"I don't get it." Libby frowns.

"Isn't this place... in the middle of nowhere?" Sam asks.

"So?" Dean asks.

"So, what's a four star hotel doing on a no star highway?" Sam asks.

They can hear the woman from the other room moaning and the bed thumps.

Dean chuckles while Natalie grimaces. There's a loud thud and the brick wall is smashed in, the TV falling half off the wall.

"Stay here." Sam tells the girls before he and Dean rush out.

"The, uh, the room next to ours -- t-the couple that are, uh, joined at the lips -- have you seen them?" Dean asks Chad.

"Mr. and Mrs. Logan -- the honeymooners? They checked out. Is something the matter?" Chad asks.

"They checked out?" Dean asks.

"Mm-hmm. Mm, just now." Chad says.

"Really? It sort of seemed like they were, uh..." Sam chuckles. "In the middle of something."

"Yeah, it's kind of weird for honeymooners to, uh, check out without this." Dean holds the ring up.

"Oh, dear. I'll just put that right in the lost and found. Don't you worry. Is there anything else I can help you with?" Chad asks.

"Uh, no. No, we're good." Dean says.

"Super-fantastic." Chad says and the four Winchesters walk away.

"Creepy." Sam says.

"Broke the needle. All right, well, I'll scope out the joint, and you keep an eye on Norman Bates over here. I mean, one night off. Is that too much to ask?" Dean complains, walking off.

"An elephant?" Sam asks Dean as they all walk to the lobby.

"Yeah." Dean nods.

"Like, an elephant?" Sam asks.

"Like, full on Babar." Dean says.

"So, what the hell is--" Sam stops when they reach the lobby, finding it completely empty. "Where is everybody?" Sam tries to open the main doors, but they don't budge.

"Yeah, no, this totally isn't beyond creepy." Jacob mutters, grabbing Natalie's hand.

"Let me guess -- it's locked. So, what? The roaches check in, they don't check out?" Dean asks.

"Think about how we got here. That detour on I-90? The freaking hurricane?" Sam asks.

"You saying we were led here?" Dean asks.

"Like rats in a maze." Sam says.

They go into the kitchen and quietly look around. They pass the stove, red liquid boiling in the pot.

"Please be tomato soup. Please be tomato soup." Dean picks the ladle up, two eyeballs on it. The five adults grimace and look away, Dean dropping the ladle.

Libby starts to shriek, but Larissa quickly covers her mouth.

Natalie gags, covering her mouth with her hand to try to not vomit.

"Motel Hell." Dean comments.

"You good?" Jacob quietly asks Natalie.

"God, being pregnant makes everything so much worse sometimes." She mutters.
