UP IN THE floating mountains, the sight of ikran's flying peacefully was not a rare find.
The rare sight was a giddy Zö'ilen surrounded by laughing Na'vi children. Tuktirey sat on her lap with a smile as she prods her neck to look at her sister.
Telling stories to the children was like second nature, she loved being able to not only teach the kids their history but as well fill their minds with color and imagination.
She would mimic the voices, and dramatically act out the scenes of the story's she would tell. The kids smiled and that's all she could ask for in those difficult times.
While talking she saw a little Na'vi boy looking sad, so she dug into a bag beside her.
"Irrtok si" she spoke to him while pulling out a wooden ikran toy, handing it to him, the little boy shyly smiled and grabbed the toy as the other kids smiled giddily at him.
Zö'ilen knew how hostile she was to older kids or to grownups, but to children? She was the gentlest and most caring she could be.
"We haven't seen you in a while" a Na'vi, Vo'kan, spoke from behind them with humor, interrupting their time. "This is we're you've been hiding... with the children. No surprise."
