We start the story off with the Bat Symbol looming over Gotham City as the Batmobile is seen speeding through the city enroute to Arkham Island.
Police Officer: All units, proceed to Gotham City Hall. The Joker has been apprehended. Batman and Robin are now enroute to Arkham Island.
Batman is sitting in the Batmobile with the Joker who's seen playing around, and Robin is driving the Birdbike just following behind the Batmobile.

(I don't think any of you gamers noticed this, but in Arkham Origins Batman had pieces of the Arkham Asylum Batmobile sitting over near the elevator in the Batcave with blueprints sitting next to the parts. Just figured those who haven't seen this.)

The gate to Intensive Treatment opens up revealing Batman, Robin and Joker who's on his knees until Batman picks and pushes him forward to Warden Quincy Sharp and Officer Frank Boles.
