"Huh?!" Basil pulled back. "Wait, you do?! Wait, did I say that I like you? Did I say everything? Oh wow.. Oh wow..." Basil was so embarrassed. His posture changed, he sunk and covered his face. Sunny quietly began to speak, "I like you, too. I think I have for awhile. I like your hair, and the new hair colour is cute. I like the colour of your eyes, they're so pretty. I like the books you like, I like your flowers, I like your personality, I like how even if you don't feel good, you still try to make people feel better. You're so nice.." The more Sunny spoke, the more he sunk and slouched while his cheeks got rose red. He trailed off before he could finish.
Kel broke into the room. "Guys, hey! The cake will be hard soon, or not as soft, I don't know. We just need to eat it." Kel ran off, you could hear the chair scraping against the kitchen floors as he pulled it out so he could sit down. Sunny stood up, and put his right hand out for Basil to hold onto. Basil quickly started walking to the kitchen, he came out with a smile. He hadn't been this happy in days. This is a good birthday.
