"Heyyyyyy" Violet says to me leaning on my door frame darging out the y

"What do you need?" I say going back to my homework

"Nothing, Dad was just wanted to see if you wanted go to to Taylors house with him? Maybe go see your boyfriendddd?" She says not moving from my door

"He's not my boyfriend Vi, you know this"

"I know Eves anyway you going or not?" she says walking over to my bed

"Fine, just give me like 5 minutes" I tell her

"Oh you gonna make sure you look good for him?" She teases

"Ew, no I have to finish this essay before I lose motivation"

I was fond of Shane and Vi knew that, she consistently torments me with it.

"Whatever you say" She speaks leaving my room

I finish up the last words on my english essay and decide I can check it later. I stand up from my desk streching a bit before walking downstairs to join the rest of the family.

"You ready to go?" Dad asks grabbing his keys

"Yeah, I just have to put my shoes on" I reply

I slip on some plain black converses, grab my phone, and walk out to the car Dave unlocks it and I get in the front seat

It was about a 15 minute drive until we pulled up the driveway of Taylors house. I unbuckle my seatbelt and run up to the front door and knock on it.

"Hi, sorry we don't allow crazy people in" Shane answers with a smirk while Taylor stood behind him

"Oh, so. How'd you get in?" I reply with a questioning look

"Very funny" He responded giving me a hug

"I thought it was" I reply hugging him back

"So you guys just gonna weirdly flirt in the door way or let me in?" Dave said bluntly

I felt heat rise to my cheeks when he said that.

"We weren't flirting" I tell him walking in

"Mhm sure" Taylor adds closing the door as we walk in

"Well" Taylor claps his hands

"We're gonna go work on some drum beats so you two go have fun or something" He continued

"Yeah but not too much fun" Dave added

"Way to make weird Dad" I said looking at him

"I'm being serious you guys are almost 15 now you might start to feel things " He said looking between the two if us

"Oh my god, ew, no just no" I said hiding my face as i felt my face turn beat red

"Its true you guys are maturing and-" Taylor started to add on until Shane interupted him

"I'm done with this conversation. Come on Eve" He said pulling me by wrist up to his room hearing Dave and Taylor laughing behind us

We go to his room he walked in and closed the door behind us

"Well that was embarrassing" I laughed a little

"Yeah, sorry about that" He said running a hand through his hair

"Nah it's okay my dad started it"

"Anywayyyyy" I said trying to get rid of the awkwardness in the room

"What are we gonna do?" I asked him

"Uh, we could watch a movie, listen to music, go out to town, or go bat shit crazy downstairs and annoy everybody" he started listing of things to do

"Well I genuinely do not have the social battery to go to town so movie?" I asked

"Okiee" he said jumping on his bed grabbing his laptop

He unlocked his laptop and I joined him on his bed sitting down next to him he pulled up netflix clicking on his account

"What should we watch?" He asked scrolling through the options

"Well if you let me pick you know exactly what movie its gonna be" I said

"Bohemian Rhapsody?"

"Yep, but you're probably bored of it so you pick" I replied knowing thats the movie I always choose

(its a great movie i have an obsession okay)

"Nah it's okay" he said clicking on Bohemian Rhapsody

"You sure?" I asked him

"Yep, besides it's a great fucking movie"

"It really is" I agreed

He pressed pause before the movie started and put the laptop to the side before laying down on his side he looked at me

"You laying down or?" He questioned

"Yes but you are taking up the whole bed"

He just rolled his eyes before grabbing my waist and pulling me down into the bed next to him practically cuddling me into his chest

"There, see you fit" he said smiling at me

Shane and I had always had a very 'flirty' friendship, we were very comfortable together so we'd hug and cuddle without it being weird.

He grabbed his laptop putting it where we could both see it and pressed play the intro started playing and I started to relax into Shanes arms and rested my head on his chest.

I liked it like this, I always felt comfortable around Shane and never felt like I had to put on my mask around him.

A/N- Hello hope you enjoyed this chapter, very sorry for any grammer or spelling errors, I will hopefully be able to update often but because of my ADHD I might not always find the motivation, I'm also really sorry that I may being including some ADHD and Autism traits but other than that I hope you enjoyed :)
