He came across the Healing Rose plants to which he scooped up the right amount of water and began smearing it on the wounds. He hissed when it came to contact with the injured skin but then felt slight relief when the pain began to numb as the plants healing abilities began to kick in. Hearing shots from Sky People Weapons, Tsu'tey looked up from the sky and saw smoke but no signs of any metal ikrans or any Na'vi.

Knowing he would only endanger himself and feel useless for now, Tsu'tey leaned against a tree and began to rest, deciding to replenish his energy and let the healing properties have time to fix his body. He must have fallen asleep for when he woke, it was to the pain of his tswin (queue) being held up by a tawtute (Sky People). He recognized this particular tawtute (Sky Person) as he accompanied Emmersyn and the other dreamwalkers once during their trips to the Forest.

Remembering it now, he did not like the way this particular tawtute (Sky Person) eyed Emmersyn. "So your the blue freak she so cares about. Honestly, I don't see why she likes you anyways." Tsu'tey snarled before groaning despite his tswin (queue) being held in a tight grip. "You know what? Once I kill you, I'm just gonna give your head to her. I wonder what face she'll be making once she sees you like that." The image Tsu'tey carry on Emmersyn was a proud and strong woman who wasn't so easily swayed by anything.

Now, seeing that image being replaced by Emmersyn's crying and vulnerable form, one that might even be exploited to any male, sent something fiery and hot through Tsu'tey as this tawtute (Sky Person) held a knife as if to cut his tswin first before his head - coward - when something blue flashed and cracked the metal sky person's view.

The last thing Tsu'tey saw was Emmersyn's furious and worried gaze on him.

This woman...

He woke up moments before he heard Emmersyn scream and saw the tawtute (Sky Person) harshly threw her to the ground and she lay motionless. Fear, this was a feeling he had only known since being a child. Now this feeling reared its head again at the thought of Emmersyn dead.

"NO!"

The tawtute (Sky Person) let out a yell as Tsu'tey lunged, completely ignoring the bullet wounds as he tried to steer the tawtute (Sky Person) away from Emmersyn, away from his chosen mate. "You son of a bitch!" Vision red, Tsu'tey was relying mostly on instinct alone at this point. With the invisible protection (otherwise known as a window) gone, Tsu'tey steadily gazed at the tormentor and vowed to kill him by his own hands.

"Tsu'tey!"

His name being called reeled some of his hayward instincts in as he turned his gaze to see Tomsully stumbling in, knife in his hands as he threw it with great accuracy at the tawtute (Sky Person), injuring him. "Pelì'u lu nga fìt-senge? (What are you doing here?)" Tsu'tey managed to growl out "I just saw you about to get mauled and my sister lying there on the ground and that is the question you are asking?" Tomsully spoke in rapid Na'vi.

"If it isn't the other Sully, the weak one." Tomsully glared at the tawtute (Sky Person) "Waynefleet, your ass is going to get kicked. What did you do to my sister?"

"She didn't like the proposition I gave her so better dispose of her than have her running around with that freak and creating more freaks along the way" Tsu'tey snarled as Tomsully shouted "Don't insult my family!" The two lunged at Waynefleet who merely swatted the already weak Tsu'tey away and grabbed onto Tom by the neck.

"Maybe I should just kill both of you and hand them over to your brother. The one who started al this" Tom grunted as the pressure increased "You are insane. If you think the Na'vi are willing to retreat and abandon their home, you are mistaken. We lit the fuse, but they spread the flame" Tom stared dead in the eyes of Waynefleet.

It suddenly occurred to him how quickly unfamiliar the human face that was staring back at him. It was like seeing all the bad things the human race had done to this group of beautiful, wonderful people. Just like what the bad humans did to the humans that were far more humane than the one he was seeing right now.

I mourn...

"I feel sorry for how much the human race fell long ago"

Their human ancestors, how disappointed they would be to see their descendants fall to this state of madness and greed.

"What the fuck did you say - eugh!" Tom gasped when his neck was suddenly released from pressure and saw Tsu'tey who managed to climb up and fatally stab Waynefleet straight at the heart. Tsu'tey hissed as he stood in front of Tom and an unconscious Emmersyn, body tensed as if the man was about to make a move but then the metal demon collapse and everything went still.

"Tsu'tey, is he - Oi!" Tom surged forward to catch Tsu'tey as the man fell backwards. "Shit!" went through Tom's mind once he realized how very light blue Tsu'tey was instead of the usually healthy dark blue to match the darkened forest. "Hang on man, don't die. Emmersyn will kill me and maybe half of the RDA" Tom mumbled the lats part as he stumbled to try to find and remember any healing plants his jumbled and worried thoughts could process.

"Ma Tom!"

His gaze snapped up to see Ni'nat coming towards him with Na'vi warriors and healers. "Ma Tom, oe lu pung (You are injured)" Ni'nat quickly fussed over Tom who had sagged against her in relief. He watched as the healers carried Emmersyn and Tsu'tey away before he cradled her face "Ma Ni'nat, do you hear that? No more gun fire...it's over, finally over" Tears burst through as Ni'nat laughed and hugged Tom as they savored their moment before they moved back to base to be reunited with families and friends waiting for them.

Tom paused before looking back, Ni'nat stopped beside him "Ma Tom?". Tom felt something clog when he faintly could see familiar shadows stare at him. He couldn't see their faces but he could see the familiar clothes of his mother's tribe.

Thank you...

Tom really wanted to burst into tears again but seeing Ni'nat's worried gaze, he held them back as he smiled at her.

"Nothing, let's go home."
