Matteo had been hiding in safehouse which belonged to his late grandfather , the entire place was quite surrounded with dense forest which made it Impossible for cops to get here.
He couldn't leave the country and put his life at risk.
He had been supplying arms and ammunitions to separatist rebal group.
" Sir , we have spotted some commision in the forest " Matteo's bodyguard warned him.
" What is going on ? " Matteo asked and herd choppers flying.
Suddenly they heard couple of shots.
" Matteo Espinoza ! your surrounded , surrender NOW ! " Special Task Force had surrounded Matteo's safe house.
" Sh*t..." Matteo said , he was surrounded , he knew he can't escape and that's when he removed vile of Youth Serum.
" Last resort " Matteo Injected himself with Youth Serum before armed forces came barging inside.
" Matteo is down but we have a situation - " Commanding officer said.
Meanwhile....

" Did you guys got any information on the ambush !? Is that son of bit*h dead ?? " I asked.
" Calmn down kiddo , I am in touch with the Commander Reagen , he said they caught Matteo but - " Michael said.
" - But what ? did he escape ? "
I asked.
" He Injected himself with Youth Serum to escape " Michael said.
" Damn " Marissa said.
" So that means he gets away with murdering people and selling drugs ? " I asked.
" Charlie , justice will be done "
Michael said.
A few days later....
Everyone In the Department of Defense wanted to give Matteo Espinoza a death penalty.
I wanted to kill him myself , he killed my best friend and turned me Into child.
But Michael had a different opinion.
" Youth Serum has turned him into a child and right now he is stuck as a
3 year old and we cannot punish a child - " Michael said.
" With all due respect sir , he is wanted criminal - " Officer said.
" - He was , we can't change what's done but we can change how we can stop people like Matteo from turning into criminals " Michael said.
" What do you suggest Mr Hicks ? "
President asked.
" Matteo'a father would be happy to have his son back and this time he would make sure Matteo does not turn out to be the person he was , we have caught most of the people who were involved In this , and ceased a lot of drugs from that placed beside we also have list of people who are connected with rebel group In New Mexico " Michael said.
" I agree with Michael " Marissa said.
" Does everyone agree with Mr Hicks suggestion ? " Vice President asked and everyone nodded.
" If that's what everyone wants , Matteo's custody will be handed over to his father as soon as possibleand from today I declare use and possession of Youth Serum Illegal In 25 states including New York and Washington DC " President said and the meeting was dismissed.
Anyone using or having Youth Serum became Illegal.
I was not happy that Matteo got off the hook easily , I wish I had gotten chance to put bullet through his brain.
A few weeks later Keith Wellington had finally completed the first Anti-Agent of Youth Serum.
" You sure this is gonna work ? "
I asked.
" Yep , this is first batch , you will need to take one more after six months "
Keith said.
" I am going to miss little Charlie "
Marissa said and I blushed.
" Alright ready ? " Keith asked and took a quick gulp.
" So How long until it's effects will show ? " I asked.
" When you wake up in the morning "
Keith said and I nodded.
At Morning....
It was morning , I groaned , my body was aching.
Wait ? Did Keith's Anti-Agent worked ?
" Woah ! holy sh*t !! " I said looking Into mirror.
" - Charlie !? Why are you naked !? "
Michael asked.
" Michael ! It worked , I guess I am
15 years old now - " I said smiling.
" - Sweetheart , breakfast is ready - "
Marissa walked in and I quickly wrapped bedsheets around me.
" Oh hey Marissa " I said.
" Put on some clothes and come downstairs " Michael said.
" I don't have , do you think you might have some teenage boy clothes ? "
I asked.
" Oh I might have some , I got my boys spare clothes " Marissa said and got couple of outfits.
" I will see you guys downstairs "
I said.
No more diapers , pull-ups or teddy bear....
Honestly I did enjoy my second time being a toddler.
" Alright , we need to talk " Michael said.
" Charlie it won't be until 6 months later until you would be able to take second Anti-Agent - " Marissa said.
" You can't stay home " Michael said.
" What do you mean I can't stay home !? " I asked.
" Your 15 years old right now , people will find it suspicious If you don't go to school and it will draw attention , even with Matteo and threats gone we don't want to take risk " Michael said.
" No way !!! I am not going back to school " I said.
" That's not upto discussion young man , school is important " Michael said.
" I don't need too ! Why can't I just hone school ? I mean isn't that a thing " I asked.
" You need some socializing sweetheart " Marissa said.
" We are checking some good schools around here beside you only have to deal with it for next 6 months "
Michael said.

Just great.....
" Alright stop pouting kid , how about we go to McDonald's later ? "
Michael asked.
" Cool ! that would be great " I said.
" You do remember we got a meeting right ? " Marissa asked.
" Yeah I know but family comes first "
Michael said ruffling my hair.
Michael and Marissa has been like my family for these couple of months.
Sometimes families don't need to be blood related.
I had a feeling that there is still a missing peice of puzzle to this whole
Youth Serum debacle.
But right now I was happy with my new family.
