Prt 2: Chapter 14

I stopped a few steps away from the door that lead to the meeting room, my limbs became shaky and unstable
At first I thought that it was the poison until a gentle breeze blew his sweet scent pass me

A breathe of Fresh air, as the poets say

I felt warm inside l, The closer I got the stronger it became.
My palms were sweaty and my heart wanted to break free of my ribs. It was beating so hard my shirt pounded with it

The last time I was in there they made the decision to move me to Phoenix pack...the same pack that is currently on their way here to kill them.

One part of me wants to run away and allow Drulocks  flame burn this place to the ground...
But then again this place holds the people whom I love the most

I said people when I meant to say Person...

I was caught off guard when Ozi runs ahead of me to push the door open and quickly stepping  aside

His gesture caught me off guard, distracting and easing the tension

"Seriously Ozi"
I smiled a little walking up to the entrance

"You should have allowed me bring the fireworks"
Ozi shared my smile quickly stepping beside me as I turned to face a room full of moon bound werewolves

"I spy with my little eye, a room filled with traitors"
Ozi chanted as we stepped in completely
"Sup peeps"
He said casually
I told Ozi about everything, how I was locked up in the dungeons before finally being gifted away to Drulock and he shares my anger

My eyes scanned the entire room until it finally rested on him
The same way my legs moved on their own taking slow steps towards him

I repeatedly tried to stop myself but it was like my legs had developed a mind of its own

Raven what are you doing!?

Ozi, places a hand in front of me pulling me out of the trance

I watched as Dominic's eyes went from me to Ozi then back at me

He is just as beautiful as I remembered, though his features were more pronounced now, he even started keeping a little beard

His blue eyes pierced into mine as if he was trying to make sure he was seeing what he thought he's seeing.

"Raven..."
He called my name through the mind link sending shivers down my spine

My gaze went down to where his hands were linked with Yuri's

Yup still hurts

I cleared my throat and diverted my gaze to the rest of the pack house

"It was you! You must have done something to break our alliance with Drulock that's why he wants to retaliate"
Peter spat, rising to his feet
Clearly not excited seeing me here

I roll my eyes, turning to face him completely, It is nice to see that somethings never really change

"Peter, still as delightful as ever"
I complemented tilting my head downwards, bowing in everything but respect for him

"Raven what brings you here so soon"
The Luna spoke, the forced excitement in her voice made my skin curl

"Is it just me or does time run differently here, has it not been four years?"
Ozi scoffed

"Seeing as you all have your heads still attached to your bodies It means that Drulock isn't gotten here yet"
I said taking my time to make eye contact with each member of the council
