it's been a few days since the kiss between gavi and I, and he had finally asked me out on a date
in Qatar
where I was going tonight for the world cup, and where he, apparently, currently was
now my plane would arrive at Qatar at 6 and the date was at 8, rushed?yes, did it matter? no
I was currently on the plane watching a movie, enola holmes, that movie had my heart, I could watch it over a thousand times and never get bored, that's how much I loved it
I adored Enola's character so much, the feminism and her love for adventure and well everything about her was so, indescribably amazing, it was impossible to hate her
After finishing the movie, I slept the whole way to Qatar and was woken up when it was time to get off the plane
when I arrived there was pedri waiting for me, I got my baggages and then I left with him to the hotel booked for us
"I hate long flights"
"shush you probably slept the whole way" said pedri making me roll my eyes
"well yes but still" I replied annoyed "where's gavi?"
"oh don't worry, loverboy's just getting ready for your date" smirked pedri as I smiled
"did my flight get delayed?"I asked checking the time
"you're joking right?"asked pedri disbelievingly
"ofcourse I am"I replied faking a laugh as if I was aware the whole time
"mhm, anyways, we're there, I'll let them take care of your baggages you just take your key and head to your room" told me pedri and I nodded and did just that
I didn't have as much time to get ready because of the flight inconvenience but that was alright, I still had an hour
in that hour, I changed into a nice dress as Pablo had said to dress fancy, put on some makeup then did my hair before posting on my Instagram

not ten minutes after posting that photo I had gotten multiple textes but I just ignored them, I wanted to enjoy my night with Pablo, and I could deal with the rest later
I saw some of the comments,they had ship names for Pablo and I, I personally liked nivi or nivira, sounds good but yeah
as soon as Pablo texted me that he was there I went down and went outside excited and ran to hug him
he was wearing a suite and held a bouquet of red roses in his hand that he had gotten for me
I smiled and kissed him before taking the bouquet from his hand and getting into the car
I decided to bug him the whole way there because I really wanted to know where he was taking me but he wouldn't budge
when we arrived he got out of the car and opened the door for me before leading me into this huge fancy restaurant
it looked like it had came out of a Hollywood movie, it was that unrealistically beautiful and mesmerising
we sat down at table far from the others who were there, it was really romantic, everything about it was
"I'm really sorry but your phone has been ringing for the past 20 minutes if you don't answer it I will"I said making him laugh
"it's the boys,they just want to tease me that's why I'm ignoring it" he told me with a smile
"ohh, okay then nevermind I don't want to know what they're saying" I said quickly
"it's nothing bad" he assured me laughing
"yeah,sureee"
"hey!we're not that bad" he defended pretending to be offended
"whatever helps you sleep at night love"I replied with a laugh as he rolled his eyes
we sat there, just talking for about two more hours before fighting over who will pay the bill -Pablo ended up paying much to my dismay-and then leaving
Though we didn't go back home,instead Pablo took me to a nice, beautiful and peaceful beach in doha
he had everything planned, we gazed at the stars and collected seashells, we built sand castles and ran around the beach before it finally came, the question
"Nina?"
"yes?"
"will you be my girlfriend?"
just those five words, coming out of his mouth, made my heart skip a beat, who am I kidding ? it skipped so many beats it might might've stopped beating
"yes!yes yes and yes" I said then I went to kiss him, I could feel his smile and I was sure he could feel mine
