today was going to be shit, I can feel it, first off, I didn't have training so I had absolutely nothing to do, usually in these cases I would hangout with pedri or nina and her friends r even just nina but nina was busy and as for pedri, well sleeping beauty hasn't woken up yet

it was so boring, I'm pretty sure I'm going to die soon, very soon, but just then pedri woke up and came to my room and layer down on my bed

"hola, lover boy"he said making me punch his shoulder but he just laughed

"don't call me that"

"so when you gonna tell her?"he asked making me sight

"maybe sometime between never and ever" I joke as I leaned back

"oh come onnnn" he dragged out

"no"

"why not?"

"because no"

"just give me a valid reason and I'll fuck off" he said and I shook my head

"because- João" I replied shortly

"João? as in João felix?portugal player? atletico madrid player João?" he asked confused

"yes that João" I said annoyed

"yeah what about him?"

" well have you seen how they flirt?she calls him meu amor and he calls her that as well" I said not knowing how to pronounce meu correctly

" ay, that's it?"asked pedri with a small laugh making me look at him weirdly

"that's it? he calls her my love and so does she"

"so?"

"so!?"

"yeah,so? she and João are just friends and nina calls everyone love, or amore or meu amor as you said or love in any other language she knows, nina calls everyone with pet names, whoever they are, that's just nina" told me pedri as sat up straight

"but-but" I tried to argue in loss of words as pedri raised an eyes

"but?"

"well, everyone wants them together, what if they had to date for the media, that's if they don't like eachother" I said overthinking the situation

"you're overthinking it, celebrities don't fake date just because the media wants them, if they start to downgrade maybe,so that the attention goes back to them, but nina is very successful and she has a movie about her in the making, is the face of versace and Yves Saint Laurent and has a new album on the way" explained to me pedri

"but what about joão, she could do it as a favour for him" I said

"well, joão is also very successful you know, fans love him, has alot of people fangirling over him don't think he needs a fake relationship to boost him"

I sighed" I don't know, I'm just not ready I guess"

"do you want to know what I think?honestly" spoke pedri looking at me and I just shrugged" I think you're scared of rejection, that she'll reject you"
