'or maybe he hadn't meant it to come off as that and I'm just being too judgemental and delusional' he sighed as he licked his lips wanting the ground beneath him to burst open and swallow him whole, his brows were knitted the entire time and he had a wondering pout on his lips that wasn't too prominent but still visible

'that must be it' he seemed to have settled down with the assumption he made, pretending as if nearly kissing your friend is a normal thing to do and it can be justified so his feelings that were now beginning to get out of control would remain behind the curtains, the clicking of his bedroom door opening brought him out of his wreaking thoughts as he turned to gaze at Hyunjin

"I could've done that" he muttered walking closer to Felix who set down the water "you've done enough" he replied in a soft tone and an assuring smile while both the boys sat down on the floor in front of the table side by side facing that blank wall, usually people would have a TV in their lounge but Felix never really found the need to have a TV and spend money on it, he barely had time for himself so what purpose would it serve anyway?

"did you heat this up?" Hyunjin questioned softly holding his chopsticks in his hand and slurping on the noodles Felix hummed in response, and after that silence bloomed in the room like a beautiful and fragrant flower it was peaceful and gentle-- like a flower of arousal and unnamed feelings hadn't been soiled just moments ago, the two boys ignored whatever happened earlier and it seemed to work best for them

although Felix did occasionally steal glances at Hyunjin just to take notice of what he was feeling yet all he could comprehend was that everything was fine. and this is what Hyunjin has wished for all his life, to have someone he could eat with while remaining the peace and serene, small talks and comfort 

"what food place was open at this hour in this rain?" the brunette questioned, tearing the peaceful silence between them "there wasn't any honestly" Hyunjin muttered through chewing his food, once he gulped down he began to speak again as Felix fixated his gaze upon him

"I searched and searched, and after so much time-- I saw this little diner, they were about to close but I stopped them just in time. the food is nice though, right?" Hyunjin glanced at Felix who nodded in agreement, truth be told the freckled male was far too hazed by Hyunjin's heavy gaze (which for the record was not heavy at all) and sultry voice to make up a stable sentence so he just nodded in response

"you take the bed, I'll sleep on the couch" Felix spoke as he sat the dishes down in the sink while Hyunjin followed from behind "vice versa" was all he said as he too sat down the remaining dirty dishes in the sink, standing right next to Felix who turned to look at him "seriously?" he questioned and Hyunjin hummed "seriously" making him sigh and walk toward the fridge "the sun's coming up" Felix spoke taking out two soda cans from the fridge turning to hand Hyunjin one 

the duo walked toward the couch and sat down "you're not sleepy?" Hyunjin questioned while he popped open the can with a single hand "not really, but you should sleep-- you must've been tired" Hyunjin shrugged his shoulders in response gazing out the window from afar as Felix mimicked his moves

moments seemed to pass in silence before the brunette boy stood up muttering a low "tea is better" as he walked toward the kitchen to put back the soda in the fridge making Hyunjin chuckle and follow his moves "the offer still remains, take the bed I don't feel sleepy" Hyunjin heard Felix speak as he threw the empty can in the dustbin and grabbed Felix's wrist forcing him to walk with him, bewildered Felix gazed at him then down at their hands but didn't say anything

they walked inside the room and toward the bed, "it's big enough for two" Hyunjin spoke, voice barely able to be apprehended as he pushed Felix down on the bed and walked toward the window, drawing the curtains closed he walked back to the bed where sat Felix in a daze 'that fad happened no more than an hour ago and now this? sleeping together in one bed? this boy has vowed to make me go psycho' Felix wondered in his mind as he watched Hyunjin plop down on the bed
